I still haven't named them but they are a mechanized regiment from a munitorum munitions/vehicle-depot/junkyard.
I choose this because I like kit bashing, and using 1/35 models to make alternate or stand-in models for my vehicles. So every-time a foreign regiment comes from a battle or is going to one nearby they stop in for resupply, so broken stuff off their ships in return for new stuff from planet side.
This leaves a lot of broken equipment laying around. So the local population pays for its survival by fixing and modding this equipment for the local regiments and PDF all while under the watchful eye of a fringe group of the machanicus.
If I ever want to make another army I will just have the machanicus go rogue with the planet.
