That's a bit trickier. You'd likely need GM approval to make a custom weapon. It could essentially be burnt out Ioun Stones that function together. You would toss each as part of a full attack. Of course, you'd need dex to attack and str to damage, unless you went deeper and made an archetype around using this weapon, similar to Psychic Armory.

Here's why in most; the more you have to pay for one single thing means the less you have to pay for other things, which means they don't get bought and if they don't get bought nobody innovates them because there's no money in it anymore.
I'm not saying everyone everywhere needs to be on food stamps and as soon as you can afford to NOT be on food stamps you should be off them (my home state at least is really good about that), but the more products you can buy with your money that aren't just basic necessities stimulates the economy.
That would be why people living subsistence lifestyles in much earlier time periods couldn't live lives like we lead, including using or even come close to inventing the thing that allows you post magical words onto the invisible space network that lets us talk despite being not next to each other.
Capitalism is fucking AWESOME (seriously, learning about economics and how it effects things and markets get me hard as rock), but if less people have the money to participate in it then it's not going to work out because the entire idea is that everyone makes money and then spends the money on shit they don't technically need but it makes their life mildy easier so people want to buy it and then somebody develops it but because other people want in on that they compete and when they compete they are forced to innovate and so on and so forth.

No, they couldn't. They're a high profile company with an image to maintain and a reputation they have to be conscious of. They can't let 4chan tier memery dictate their business practices, and that in mind, have done admirably so far. Compare them to a company like BioWare (who responded to similar criticism by making the casts of entire games furiously gay), they've thus far been very elegant about satisfying this kind of demand. Their characters are very ethnically diverse, they did introduce a variety of body shapes for both men and women, they included the handicapped (no other reason to spend a comic frame establishing that Symmetra is autistic), etc. but without, in most cases, hammering it like people may've feared. So far the preachiest character they got is Mei, and she doesn't preach fat acceptance, she preaches global warming awareness.

The first is a complex one, but can be summed up with "people do not necessarily spend all of their money once just their group gets it because people like having money and will generally spend it on items appropriate to their wealth category which since only they can afford will therefore only market towards them and thus nobody else really reaps the benefits".

Some, but many aren't - and even when they do appear stereotypical, you have to watch for what depth the stereotype goes and what it focuses on. Yes, Symmetra is Indian and autistic, and it is stereotypical that they make her an Indian dancer who is obsessed with order - but consider her interactions. This is a highly realistic, very positive depiction of autism right there. She doesn't mumble. She doesn't drop the spaghetti. You'd barely know it if they didn't say so in a comic. She just comes off as distant.
Pharah is another good example. Yeah, you might claim that the "she's Egyptian so she goes around dressed like Horus" thing is pretty stereotypical (although they poke fun at that with her Thunderbird skin, showing that they've designed the character well enough that by just dressing her differently you could add up with an equally legitimate yet completely culturally different one, going to show how superficial the aesthetic is), but consider that she's also AN ARAB MUSLIM WOMAN. I can hardly think of a well known company nowadays who'd have depicted an Arab Muslim woman as anything but either a screaming burka in a news report about a bombed mosque in Gaza or a valiant defender of gender equality and freedom. Pharah doesn't have any of that. Her ethnicity and religion are obviously in the background, but they never figure into her actual STORY. She speaks Arabic in some of the supplementary materials, but she doesn't feel the need to go ALLHA HU ACKBAR when she pulls off her ultimate. Nor does she go "NOT ALL MUSLIMS, M'KAY?". She's just a person with their own personality (driven by justice, hero worshipping her mother, dutiful soldier, etc.) who just so happens to be those things.
