I'm going to respectfully ask that we avoid calling anyone who criticizes our flakes Chillbrass. I'm also going to respectfully ask that we avoid criticizing lore-breaking flakes for more than 10 posts. I'm all for creativity, but generally these posts just tend to repeat the same arguments again and again and shit up the thread. Some shitposting is to be expected. But too much makes the thread not worth it. So let's all work together to make the flake thread better.

Remes and Cala could probably talk about the particulars of artifacts with magical properties, but he is off-put by how much energy that she has and he can't seem to keep the conversation topic locked down for too long.
Winifred is listening in on their conversation and chiming in every now and then to get Cala to switch topics, then giggles to herself, just because she think it's funny that Remes is being flabbergasted. She's probably also drinking some very, very bitter tea, because that's how I imagine she would like it.
Jakrol is drinking something a little more alcoholic, and then gets bored after a while and attacks Remes. Remes, being somewhat of a coward, planeswalks away. Jakrol then turns to Cala, because he'd be curious about how a half-devil bleeds. Winifred thinks that Jakrol is being quite rude and helps Cala duel him until he can't handle the two of them anymore and he leaves. After resting up and talking about enchantments with Winifred, Cala gets a random idea and leaves, just leaving Winifred there.
They're gonna save Nahiri? Right? I don't know what Sorin would do if he had to kill her.

There are some implications, from what I recall, that Jin-Gitaxis is already working on jaunting technology, which would allow non-planeswalkers to move across planes.
As Venser was also working on this technology, if they harvested his brain it might mean Jin-Gitaxis has a breakthrough way earlier than would normally be possible.

She is a meanie. But, that doesn't mean you can't have a villain as your protagonist. Perhaps on one of her journeys away from her kingdom, she is put in one of those positions where she has to protect someone. Perhaps someone is being chased and hides behind her. Then her new friend has a continuous case of "won't piss off syndrome". And this leads her to a journey of self discovery and learning how to be compassionate and empathetic.
That's just my take on it, anywho. If you want to use her in a story, you can do it as you like. Protagonist or not.

What about her attitude is white or blue? Blue is the pursuit of perfection through knowledge, white seeks peace through structure. What about her attitude embodies either of those traits? All she has done is gained the power of her parents through killing them and has proceeded to abuse her power in a similar fashion to her parents. If anything, she comes across as mono-black with her ambition and self-interest.
In addition to this, Kaldheim is a canon plane that we know nothing about and on a subjective level, I feel uncomfortable seeing someone claim the entire plane as the property of their snowflake.

You are describing one aspect of each of those colors. You aren't even remotely delving into the array of either of those colors what so ever.
When it comes to herself, what makes her blue aligned is her desire to control everything that is apart of her life, to change things to how she sees being suitable, seeking out new planes to gain new experiences, and she over analyzes everything to find the most ration action.
And what aligns her with white is her rule over her realm, being the law, being the judge and enforcer of her perception of justice, demanding obedience from her subjects, and exacting order within her realm to fall in line with what she deems fit.
And you are absolutely right, Laldheim is in fact a canon plane that has literally no backstory with the exception of that it's icy and it's name appeared on a card that is not legal in any format other than casual and isn't even apart of the regular game.
And I doubt WOTC will ever use it. But, I also see this character having ruled the plane significantly prior to the events currently in the lore at present with SOI. So, it won't actually interfere with anything or overwrite any canon that could be established.
But, that's just my perception on the subject. Glad to hear your concerns on the subject as well.

Here, I have a sort of bad feeling the +1 can be extremely strong with some other walkers but at the same time it's literally a worse version of Venser's +2. The -2 protects her and works as okay control, the biggest drawback is that she requires another creature or planeswalker to + the reason being that she works best with others and isn't too self sufficient. Ultimate should probably never get used but it's flavourful and not particularly strong, damage prevention is far less powerful than indestructibility.

I'd limit it to 'target creature' as the target planeswalker one could be used to reset a planeswalker's loyalty.
If it's just creatures, it would be balanced because a planeswalker's abilities are sorcery speed. So no combat tricks, it's just good for ETB effects.
Also, make it 'exile target creature you control' rather than 'you own,' otherwise you could do some silly shit involving creatures you own controlled by the opponent, or even creatures in your graveyard.
The -2 doesn't work as it is. There would need to be a separate line of the card that is not an ability that details what 'mercy counters' do and you just don't have the space for that. It's hard to inflict long-term effects on creatures like this without memory issues. Personally, if I was you, I'd go with a Banisher Priest effect although I get the flavor of aiming for Pacifism.

Not so sure about the -6. My personal opinion is that it shouldn't apply to planeswalkers yet again but I can understand if you disagree with that. If you limit it to creatures, I agree with the relatively low cost as it still allows for methods of removal outside of damage dealt.
All in all, pretty good. I'd say it's got a fair deal of potential and ignoring a few minor things like flickering planeswalker and the second ability's technical issues, it's good.

My basic idea going into it was cloudshift as it's one of my favourite cards, comparing it to Venser who can target any permanent with his +2 for the same effect it seems kind of fine, reseting loyalty is actually intentional but because the planeswalker returns at the end of the turn you can't use it to get more abilities through, just to use more - effects such as New Sorin using his -X for 5 then flickering back up to 6 for the next turn. Again Venser can do the same but better, though I guess her low CMC causing her to already be out when you play strong walkers is an issue there. The 'own' is intentional, I thought of it as like curing mindcontrol effects while also stopping her from using effects on controlled enemy creatures as she wouldn't approve of it, it's a flavour thing and again it's also how Venser's effect worked. I believe you cannot target the graveyard with it unless the effect specifies you can.
Exile effect is too strong for a planeswalker of this CMC even if they do get to come back, Pacifism was a flavour choice but I agree it's hard to represent. Could go with -2 up to two target creatures cannot attack or block until start of your next turn?

My inspiration for the -6 was Ajani Steadfast, I figured that affecting the player is much stronger than affecting creatures with such an effect as they are still subject to a variety of removal effects. I think it's fine at -6 for that effect the only decks it really hurts is decks that rely on direct damage to remove threats and they should never let her get to -6 as she's very easy to remove from the board via damage. Just bolt her and she's gone.
Granted, I'm not hugely knowledgeable on the power levels of walkers I tried to make her effects as flavourful as possible then work them to be fair. Her +1 was originally just cloudshift then I realised that she could cause walkers to double-tap abilities and I vomited then changed it to be like Venser's effect as it was an established effect that did what I needed.

Venser's much more expensive and split between two colors. This isn't something you should be able to do with your planeswalkers for just three mana.
The exile effect doesn't really do too much that's different from your Not!Pacifism. Both of them prevent the creature from taking apart in combat for as long as Serena is on the board and allow them to rejoin the fray as soon as she leaves the board. The main differences are as follows:
>Pacifism lets the card's ability text persist, meaning that a lord can still buff up other creatures, activated abilities can still be used, etcetera. Oblivion Ring does not allow this.
>When Oblivion Ring leaves the battlefield, it allows for any ETB effects of the target to trigger again, while Pacifism doesn't allow this.
This puts the O-Ring effect a little bit ahead of the Pacifism effect but in the end, I wouldn't say it's too strong. Especially since you'd only be able to O-Ring one creature every three turns, which is monstrously slow and perfectly acceptable for a 3-mana planeswalker in my opinion.
If you maintain your opinion though, you could always go with:

I'm still not convinced the +1 is too strong, again Venser is more expensive but it give him more loyalty and has a wider array of uses thanks to less limited targeting. If you really think so then I could just change it to 'you control' I just thought that being able to free creatures from mind control was really neat for an angel. Another flavour aspect of her effect I forgot to mention was the ability to unflip DFCs though at that speed it's not exactly useful, just kinda cool.
I agree, the exile effect seems pretty fair on such an easy to remove walker, as long as you can do 1 damage to her you'll get your thing back so it's much worse that an O-ring which require specific hate to remove.

The main thing I'll mention is that you designed a four mana planeswalker and made them three mana.
Also, use "up to one other target creature or planeswalker" on the plus ability. Not being able to use it on an empty board isn't a meaningful drawback and goes against what a player will think. Note that like every single plus that has targets on other walker cards does this.
Something to consider is just making her + a pacifism that lasts until your upkeep and change the flicker to a 0 ability.

It's a lot more complicated than creatures or sorceries, so it is a bit more "loose" and subjective. However, you keep comparing the plus ability to venser, using the fact that it's +1 instead of +2 to justify it. However, not only is this card mono colored, it ALSO costs one mana less, which is a pretty big deal. Also, feasibly reachable ultimates, like the one you have, should be scaled to the mana cost of the walker. That ultimate you have designed on her is NOT the sorta ultimate I'd expect to see on a three mana walker at minus six. So I'd either make the ulitmate cost more, or the card cost more.
