I also throw in Life Fibers and Gourmet Cells for added power, then use NGE for extra-dimensional forms and more complex self control, like forming micro-scale biological supercomputers.
Shapeshifting and perfect self biological control let you do all sorts of cool things, especially if you understand how technology works at a base level. You can pretty much mimic it. Hell, throw in the biological memory bank thing from the Zerg jump, and you get knowledge of how Zerg Leviathans go FTL.

Making a Kamui whenever's pretty nifty, but you gotta consider how strong a fully infused LF being is.
Ryuuko was able to slice a pair of buildings in half from 500 ft away, without Senketsu.
Ragyo was able to easily fend off both Satsuki AND Ryuuko, when both had their kamuis, and Ragyo didn't.
It's like the difference between someone who worked for their levels in an RPG and someone who was fed and twinked all the way.

The thing with abilities/development abilities in setting is that even high level adventurers don't have all that many. They appear based on the person who has the grace, and after meeting certain qualifiers which isn't even entirely understood in some/most cases. So while you could try and hope for the best, you can't really choose them. Only case where you make a choice is when getting a development ability (at level up) and multiple options exist, then you have to choose between one. As for offering them as perks? Not sure yet, still thinking on that. Possibly as nondiscounted general perks in that case they do show up?

Define shooty shooty? Pokemon's savant gives you improbable aiming skills with firearms. Maoyuu lets you hit whatever you can see, shoots multiple of physical projectiles with every shot. Tortall also has an excellent sniping skills with a bow, and one off the best bows in chain.

As much as I'm loath to bring up a pretty long shitstorm from a couple of threads ago I figured I'd at least make a bid.
If you're about Many, I'd quite like to update WoW. Don't feel pressured if you're not interested, I know I probably wouldn't be in your situation but given Changeling and Eldar both basically ended up being tightened up/added to by someone else I figured it was worth putting it out there.
I don't want to write a whole WoW jump (and the idea of one jump of a setting and another of the game of a setting is quite mad) but I think the foundation laid out is such that some small tweaks here and there to the old version could make it really good with pretty minimal work put in.
There was nothing seriously wrong with it as it stood anyway as far as I'm concerned but if you're up for it let me know.

I don't remember it doing that to Ryuko, and I think that combination is meant to recreate her to an extent? In the show she's a glass canon, sure, but she doesn't bleed out to use her powers. Likewise while she's violent and then some, she's able to maintain control of herself.
I'm not an authority and I didn't make the jump, but that's my guess.

The Perfect... gives me a perfect spear to slap into my spear so that it has super effective qualities across the board.

Then as one of the notes states you can turn them into spirits with a process in setting.

The first are the Tecnocracy which is trying to write the laws of physics, insisting their totally not mages, dealing with the Traditions and all the other nonsense, and probably too cynical to consider it.
The second are the Traditions an alliance of several different philosophies, who dislike the current laws of physics the Technocracy made, but can't actually agree on a consensus beyond 'Reality beating us up if we violate it enough is annoying'.

When I met her, she was a battle fanatic that had gotten in over her hilt. She was being hunted by some surprisingly competent Rocket members for her unusual blade shape and color.
I felt her pain in my mind, and helped her out by punching that stupid rocket bird right in the beak. Flocked him right up. Really established the pecking order.
Unfortunately, the Jenny's did not take kindly to the "pokemon abuse," and we went on the wanted list.
That's how we got the Marked and Wanted drawbacks, which shaped my time in Pokemon.
So, the crew!
Purrsival the Purrloin. A cool cat, that never trips security systems.
Robert Patrick the Ditto. A rather mercurial soul. Specialized in throwing off the law with false leads.
Titania the Klefki. A manic little pixie, and the master of unlocking. And locking.
You'd be suprised how useful that is.
And our scouting party, Rick James. After this Nincada evolved, he became the twins, Rick and James. Truly, pioneers without peer.
Together, we pulled heists of legend. Back in our wild youth, we were the terror of the gangs. No secret was safe, and no safe was secret!

Since then, I've taken the form of a Ninetales, and formed a romantic symbiosis with Shinobu. She's calmed down somewhat, without getting dull, while I gained a tendency to get all fired up.

For when I do non-imaged work, I use LibreOffice 5 simply out of sheer preference (I actually have word) and generally do it all in Times New Roman.
I try to keep everything to single pages, I hate it when sections begin right before a page break, or a single perk is a page over from the others, so I mess with the line spacing a lot to get them all on a single page. I also don't to keep my use of bold and italics to a relative minimum, so that when I really need to draw the reader's attention to something, I can use that.
For imaged, I use Illustrator and Photoshop, but recently I've been seriously considering starting to use InDesign for my typesetting, since I'm told it has way better export options, which might help with some compression issues people are apparently having.
Fonts with imaged really vary, I've used a few, last jump I imaged, I used Eurostile for aesthetic purposes. For imaged, I generally try to mimic the formatting of the source document where possible. Even when it was an imaged-first jump, I had a master document for all my content that was formatted and everything, and I worked off of that.

Alpha Centauri is great for resolving issues of having multiple copies of yourself with different experiences. Joseph Robertson and Gally effectively merged into one mind again, there's some issues with conflicting traits, but that generally just leads to me splitting off one or the other to use secondary bodies as needed. Joseph tends to be the peacetime persona while Gally comes to the forefront when things need doing fast.In hindsight I apparently accidentally improvised something akin to Raiden's Ripper mode thing.
