Do they share the same culture? If so, swimmingly, but expect it to be very segregated due to the demands of varying body plans, with some open forums for everyone to meet at. For example you can expect not all buildings would accommodate massive citizens.
Do they all have different cultures? It'll never work. It doesn't even work IRL, much less with actual biology in the way.
You'd need some kind of pretty hefty economic reasons to have say, a flying race, an amphibious race, and a land race all live peaceably in the same area without some kind of shared ideals.

Cats.
Cats are obligate carnivores, this means that they have to eat meat or they die. if theres a non sapient race this might work but if there isn't even the nicest feline you'll ever meat will have probably dug up bodies and eaten them, many will probably be like serial killers of various flavours. from the lion who just goes mike myers on you, to the house cat who befriends you then eats you when nobody is looking.

Depends how much they differ. Mild cultural differences can generally be tolerated without hassle, I don't see clashes between Englishmen living in America and native born citizens.
For radical differences, segregation and/or imperialism can make it work, not to say those things are ethically desirable.

Do animals like cows and elephants still need massive amounts of food, or does it change proportionally?
Do felines still require almost the entirety of their diet to be meat to survive?
How does faith and religion work? Does everyone just assume the face of god is their species, are different figures in the faiths different animals?
Is there a stigma against eating the unevolved form of animals? Would a cow person find their neighbor eating a cow non-person to be as horrifying and gross as we would find our neighbors eating a monkey?
Is marking territory a thing? Mating season? Can males get away with murder because raging hormones force them to eliminate all competition?
Are there ethnic divisions caused by pack mentality?
Is it rape if its how your species breeds?
Do species that are not monogamous deserve welfare paid for partially by those who are?
Do aquatic animals deserve their own parking pools and swimways?
Not to mention even in humans there's the argument we basically self-domesticated. That's a bigger can of worms regarding animal people.

There are alot of human cultures in which eating monkeys isn't seen as gross or even odd.
A more interesting question would be how non-carnivorous species would considered eating of flesh. Would it be something along the lines of jews and muslims not eating pork but having no real trouble with other people feasting upon it or would it bemore similar to how the vast majority of human cultures see cannibals?

My current setting is a anthro setting which has multi-cultural societies.
How do they work? Poorly.
Every nation is built around one species that has the dominant culture and assorted other species who have moved there or have been annexed. Such species do not have the same rights, duties, and culture as those of the dominant species. Most nations have dark pasts or rather unpleasant government methods and are ultimately uncaring about citizens of other species. The universe is a 4X sandbox kind of place where only the human government is stupid and liberal enough to try absolute equality.
It works great for an RPG. Mass chaos is just the sort of thing that fuels adventure and gives the PCs something fun to do. The establishment of societal turmoil allows them to be murderhobos but the existence of powerful governments allows them to be law-abiding citizens, police, soldiers, agents, or whatever else would be fun and organized.

Multiculturalism works when there is a dominant culture, and you still get a lot of tension but it all depends on how much culture X is dominant. Im guessing that multi-species would work similarly but with tensions on different levels and based of more biological that sociological hate. So if we have a dominant species than there is lots of one way hate but little tensions, if we have a lot of species all more or less equal strength we would have some multi way hate and lots of tensions
