Few first impressions. First, is there any Transformation/Custom CYOA that wouldn't also be in the Fetish category? Also I'm, unfortunately, not seeing a way to mix Fetish in with an Adventure category. There's Fringe Kinkiness but I was thinking something along the lines of a CYOA that fleshes out the "Magical Realm" benefit from Enchante/d/ Rings as an example. A Transformation/Fetishy Adventure, basically.
Other than that, some of the text formatting is a bit hard to read in some places. The Worldbuilding text could do with a sharper outline and Visual Design 2 is obviously hard to read but that's the joke so it's fine. Further down, the parts where the text lines cross the Genre/Subgenre lines is a bit hard to read. It doesn't block enough of the text to make it not understandable but it does sort of all blur together. It's just warm colors on warm colors on warm colors. The Adventure heading is particularly egregious here.
Overall though, very impressed with the work put into it. I really like the idea of having a scoring system in a CYOA, that's an idea I've been mulling over, although I'd use it in a less meta way. I'm wondering if it might be overly complex but I haven't really starting digging in to that part yet.

The HUD needs a certain vitamin or enzyme to interface effectively with your neural system. This chemical is cheap and easily obtainable as an over the counter drug, but you need to take it daily or you'll go blindaaaadam.For bonus points, your favorite food or drink interferes with whatever the drug is so you have to give it up. And no, the HUD process is not reversible.
It's simply an older generation model and it has a 10 minute booting time. And it goes down every time you go to sleep, no matter if it's a quick 5 minute nap or a 12 day winter hibernation. Also has slight overheat/buzzing problems if the uptime is above 16 hours.
The heuristic data acquisition tools sometimes can't gather info fast enough and have to guesstimate to give you partially accurate info. And sometimes the guesstimation is completely off. This false info remains on screen for about a second before retrieving the real deal, if still available.
Limited memory. This HUD only has an effective 16MB Internal memory instead of the Petabytes available for regular models. So you can't replay your favorite striptease or the hearwrenching romance movie you saw three years ago.
App limit. RAM limitations limit you to 3 apps onscreen(and your basic visual field without overlays is one). So you can't be shitposting on 4chins while watching porn and checking your fab subreddits while walking all at once.
Or maybe no apps oir otherwise this turns into Cyberbrain CYOA.

You make choices about what kind of waifu you want. You are then assigned one based on those choices, but it's more or less random, and may or may not match any of your criteria. In actuality, all of the waifus are 'flawed' in some significant way, and are mostly just ripped off of real-life case histories. They come from all kinds of shitty human backgrounds, from alcoholic families, from child abuse cases, from having psychological issues... maybe they're a pathological liar, or maybe prone to cheating, or maybe they have just failed utterly at life.
In truth, they're all good people at heart, but you don't get to see that. You're only given a short first impression before all of their differences and troubles come to slap you in the face, and you have to decide whether to put in the effort to try and make it work, (they're your waifu after all, right?) or to leave them. There are no epilogues.
Everyone hates it for being a deceptive, inconclusive piece of shit, but it's compelling enough that a lot of people are drawn in to read the whole thing. The parade of real life issues is hella depressing, but in the end everyone feels like they learned something.

I intended for it to be a fantasy version of the Second-Sino Japanese War (Like Avatar the Last Airbender, except grimdark and with animal people), with the Chinese being aided by the Germans, like in real life.
Because of the aid, a lot of the stuff is European influenced, but the chest and legs are still largely Asian in design out of cost and labour constraints, whereas the helmets, gauntlets, and boots don't require as much and so can be made the European way.

Wait, I can just keep stroking Salem, refilling my mana and Thrall them over the course of a day. Depends on how long I have to to grope her for my mana to charge up. Numb and the sex thing only diminish the number of charges I get, and say nothing about making it slower.
The average sexual encounter lasts 5 minutes. If that's the time I need to grope her, I can get 12 charges per hour. 12 hours a day to leave time for toiletries, sleep and eating, that's 144 Essence. Thrall wastes 2, so that's 72 casts a day. Up it a couple of hours and I can break in any nigger in a day. Might have to mindbreak Salem and Yaga first so they don't bitch about ethics and shit or turn on me. Salem first so I can lock Yaga in the rape dungeon and get her done in a day. She also has Contact+Sex, so if I'm successful(and she doesn't rekt me with bullshit Epic Spells using her also infinite Essence cap) that's two infinite Essence nukes constantly recharging each other. Currently only Bondage (being bound for an hour while awake) and Submission (following a sexual command or being punished for disobeying) say what counts as a singular act. The others fail to specify exactly the conditions that need to be met in order to complete one.
As for sculptor, I think the main problem with the whole "like surgery" thing is that modern surgery can't, for example, turn a male into a female, or age/de-age people, or anything else that people usually would like to do with shapeshifting magic (which is what it should be, even if it's limited to recognizably human-like forms or whatever).

I'm not your run of the mill bio-soldier. While I'm ludicrously fast, I'm fragile enough that any prolonged combat will probably end with me being destroyed. Good thing I don't plan to engage in prolonged combat. You see, me? I'm a cheater. I don't have any intention of confronting my enemies in their powered up, transformed states. Ideally, they'll never even know I existed before I snipe them from a thousand yards away with my biolaser, then fly off into the night. No transformation sequences, no power of friendship saving the day, just a dead hero and a nice bonus.
I'm not dumb enough to count on making that first shot, though, which is why I've given myself a couple of other options. I'm fast enough to run away no matter what they try to pull out, can disappear completely, flicker off on a random direction, and regenerate from any injury - so as long as I survive their counterattack, I'll live to snipe another day. Better yet, if they try to pull the same shit on me? I just eat someone and now they'll never find me again.

Slight tweak of my last build. Focus on stealth, avoidance, and quick action. I most enjoy it when the enemy doesn't even know I've completed the objective until long after I'm gone.
Tough decision between Old Joe and Leia. They both offer what it is I want in a support specialist but I figure having two of them would get a bit hectic, especially since Leia seems like she might be the type to sort of take over the operation and not let Joe talk as much as I might like. Lewis Slann is the agent that best complements my abilities and style but frankly he's too brutal for me, let alone Joe. I'm fine working with Johanna again.
As a note, Markus Krieger still seems like a complete non-option.Also it seems funny to me that nobody started a shitstorm about his explicitly mentioned unreliability, but that's none of my business.
