Does /tg/ like:
5e Dungeons and Dragons?
Shadowrun?
Fantasy Flight's Star Wars RPG?
Pic related, my collection of rpg books and a few fantasy novels from a bookshelf thread on /lit/.
So far of my collection I've only played 5e and I really love it. I kind of stopped playing D&D when 4e came out but got really excited when 5e was released.

No, those systems are too mainstream for tg. They only like anime and dark souls
>>47266476
If you're asking what our favorite rpgs are then Unknown Armies is my favorite.
>>47266507
Oh I didn't know.
>>47266476
No matter the content, once you make a statement of any kind on /tg/ there will always be at least three anons claiming the exact opposite.

EotE is super fun

I really like shadowrun definitely the best out of that bunch
Now look at the catalog and list of generals.
3.5 and PF are disliked, others seem ok.

Like DnD 5, would play Shadowrun, find all Fantasy Flight RPGs weird and despise Pathfinder.
Is this a rate another Anon's collection thread? I packed up my books (moving next week) so I'm probably forgetting some but here I go.
ADnD 2e
Savage Worlds
Hellfrost (Savage Worlds setting)
Hellfrost: Land of Fire
BRP (Big gold book)
Runequest 6
Magic World
Laundry Files
Guide to Glorantha
Dreamlands (CoC book, but don't have the actual CoC rules)
Horror on the Orient Express
Heroquest 2
And I feel like I'm forgetting a couple, I have some pdfs that I bought, but I'm just talking physical right now.

Why did you make this thread?
>>47274375
RPG collection thread? Why don't you extrapolate?
>>47266476
I love Shadowrun 5e. Running a game right now, it's very easy to run.

Fuck that noise, play Naked Lunch. The Nova Trilogy's cutup method is a bit imbalanced for Tape Recorders and Black Meat Peddlers, and if your party yens into The Lemon Kid they're done for, but its a good system. Not as simple as Queer/Junkie/THWBiTT but most people find it easier than 4th edition Wild Boys or Cites Of The Red Death modules.
>>47266476
Yes, yes, haven't played. We've got generals for at least two of those
>>47267834
This applies to any board.

From the one time I've played 5e I wasn't a big fan of it. I want to try shadowrun sometime and I'd probably nr open to trying a Star Wars RPGs. I'd post my 2 GURPS books but I currently have them lent out to a friend. I'd like to get more physical GURPS books, mostly for collection purposes, but there's so many and I don't know which ones I"d get.

Book of the New Sun. Way to have patrician taste.
