Orcs in my setting are vikings. They get their longboats out and sail across the sea to pillage up and down the human lands following the extensive rivers. As the humans are split up into humdreds of petty princedoms there's no central authorithy to combat these incursions, and every year more villages are burned down or ransomed by the orcs.
Their goddess is Skade, a legendary orc shieldmaid whose father was betrayed and murdered. She took it upon herself to kill all those involved in the murder over one bloody winter. Skade encourage infighting to weed out the weak and never lets a grudge go. This may be why orcs are notoriously bad at keeping empires together and seen as violent by the rest of the world.
Orc society values only cunning and skill. It doesn't matter iwho you are, what sex you have or what family you belong to. Only results matter, and if you can keep a ship's crew togethe lognenough to win profit by trade or raid you've earned your position as captain-king. Even a slave or a non-orc can win honour and glory without prejudice, they just rarely are in a position to do so.
To an orc wealth in itself is nothing. Wealth spread generously earns the reapect of warriors, and a wealthy and genrous captain will make him or her self a reputation that attracts warriors to pledge their alligence. To raid or, in their wildest dreams, rule a mighty human city is the ambition of any orc captain-king.
In my setting there's an awful lot of orc-fetishists out there. Any orc who wanders into a non-hostile town will find himself with admirers after a piece of that green ass.
Orcs think of humans as a species as /d/eviant perverts.

Orcs in my setting are split into two major cultures: one is highly clannish, prone to in-fighting, and relatively primitive, while the other is made up of advanced, highly organized mounted raiders who practice chattel slavery.

One thing I kind of want to do is run a comedy setting where nothing is 100% serious. I had this idea for orcs who are doing the standard orc raiding and pillaging because they've been forced out of their former fertile grasslands by some calamity. They used to be really violent and warlike, but after generations of calming down they were finally settling in to try the whole agriculture thing, and then some dark wizard fucked up all of their arable land and they have to go be brutal savages again in order to get some more, and they're just so annoyed about it. They'd be perfectly willing to take that frustration out on some puny humans, and totally committed to the whole invasion thing, but they's disdainful and full of complaints every step of the way.

All of the above, depending on the setting. Although I like always-evil less than the other three, and use it less as a result. I think always-evil is usually too strong for a mortal race, and I also think that it isn't a prerequisite for always-impossible-to-get-along-with. They don't have to be satan-worshipping baby-killing monsters to be the faction you can just never get along with.
