How would you stat swamp mummy?
Can that even be a thing? Wouldn't a swamp be crawling with bacteria that would make preserving the dead impossible? Zombie sure, but I don't see a mummy

>swamp mummy
I don't get it.
How would that even work? Isn't the whole point of mummies that they are so well preserved because of dry conditions? Like human beef jerky. A swamp mummy would have to be embalmed in some radically different way and would be like 100% water repellent.
Not that bad. He looks to be at peace.

Just say that swamp is cursed and then the bog bodies stand up and do their thing before crawling back in.

Oh god, so basically they have their skin (tanned pitch black) and organs in tact, but their bones are dissolved because of acid? It'd be horrifying to revived as that unless you can be magicked with new bones. Then again, normal mummies or any other kind of undead would probably be equally unpleasant or worse.

>How would you stat swamp mummy?
I wouldn't. If I would stat it, it would imply that swamp mummy can be killed. He can't.
Hey its me, Swamp Mummy. Your old friend who you totally remember through legitimate non-magic means. You know, your old pal: Swamp Mummy. It's totally not abnormal or alarming that I can't be harmed and appear to materialize out of random walls when I want to hang out. Come on, it's me your old pal, SWAMP MUMMY.
