Apparently the Miyazaki responsible for Dark Souls and Bloodborne legitimately enjoys tabletop games, or at least did in his youth. In a recent interview he mentioned that playing tabletop games and trying to read English fantasy novels inspired him to start worldbuilding.

Spirited Away guy as GM. His imagination and world-building is going to be amazing, and he'll probably make a really good story for just about any tabletop.
Fate-Stay guy as Co-GM. He'll make sure there are like-able characters and even waifus.
Hideo as a fellow player. Hideo is great at making PCs (Snake, The Boss, Miller, Ocelot), so it would be really interesting to see how he would make a character of his own in a tabletop game.

Urobuchi is a surprisingly good player, though. He tends to play crazy and evil characters, but he does roleplay pretty well and plan ahead. Just pray that the DM doesn't have some Mary Sue waifu, because he'll probably kill her.

Urubuchi as a GM. He's tough but fair, and i like that.
Miyazaki as Co-GM i like his style and ideas, luddite as they may be, it could temper Urubuchi well with an added sense of beauty.
Kojima and Ume as players; Kojima will make the OPest character ever, and Ume would make a funny lesbian. But as GMs, Kojima would be terribly depressing, and Ume would be too silly, so this is the best group formation.

I guess make Hosei the GM. He'd play along with anything, dress up in funny outfits, and make jokes that nobody laughs at. At least he should be a good storyteller, considering that he's a professional rakugo storyteller.
