You get 0 FA slots, something like 6 elites and 8 heavy support, and some troops as optional
All flamers and missile weapons can be upgraded to "chem weapons" with gets hot and some benefit for free, and all blast+barrage weapons leave puddles until the next term to represent chemicals (the template stays on the field until the start of your next turn and counts as dangerous terrain).
Or something like that, it's been a while since I looked at it, but I want to make an R&H + CSM army using it eventually (both renegades and chaos marines can use the detachment)

Looks amazing ! Not that much for casuals as taking a Nurgle CSMLord makes Plagues troops instead of elites, but looks so great to build around !
I don't remember if having a Nurgle Demonprince is also making Plagues troopchoices, but this could be a nice basis
