Some Crazy anon by the name of "Table Anon" made a set of Age of Sigmar Stormcast Eternals Stormhost Creation Tables. So now we're gonna put them to the test and see what comes out of it.

Here's a page for those of you new to Age of Sigmar:
https://1d4chan.org/wiki/Warhammer:_Age_of_Sigmar
And here's the actual tables themselves for you all to see:
http://pastebin.com/wmzYhbPW

Now without further ado, give me a 1d10 for why our Stormhost was founded.
>>
>>46841135
What the hell. I'll bite.
>>
Rolled 9 (1d10)

>>46841163
>>
>>46841163
>>46841185
> 9- Unknown - "The reason for this Stormhosts creation is shrouded in mystery."
Alright, it's a start so far.

Alright, now give me a 1d6 for when the Stormhost was founded.
>>
Rolled 4 (1d6)

>>46841215
>>
>>46841226
> 4 - Fourth Striking
So we came in a bit later, likely we didn't have enough dudes till then.

Now give me a 1d10 roll for our Stromhost's primary purpose
>>
Rolled 7 (1d10)

>>46841278
I hope it involves hitting things
>>
>>46841302
>7 - Discovery/Recovery of ancient relics.
Well I guess we can hit some Tzeentch wizards as we fight for these relics.

It's an optional choice, but lets work with it for the hell of it. Give me two 1d100 rolls to decide our primary and secondary colors.
>>
>>46841383

>It's an optional choice, but lets work with it for the hell of it. Give me two 1d100 rolls to decide our primary and secondary colors.
>>
Rolled 27 (1d100)

>>46841407
>>
Remove Sigmarine
>>
>>46841407
>>
>>46841421
>27 - Black
Alright, now we just need another roll for a secondary color.
>>
Rolled 78 (1d100)

>>46841407
fuck sake keep forgetting to roll
>>
>>46841461
>>46841467
>27- Black
>78- Brown
Earth colors it seems, luckily we can go by shades and hues of colors as well.

Alright, now give me a 1d100 for Mortals and Souls Recruited to become Eternals.
>>
Rolled 22 (1d100)

>>46841525
rollan
>>
>>46841538
>22- All female [m/f ratio adjustable]
Amazon Stormcast! Time to put on those Sigmarite Chainmail Bikinis fellas.

Now give me a 1d100 for our Eternal's Demeanor.
>>
Rolled 44 (1d100)

>>46841584
Do they even do female models or is it up to our imagination...
>>
>>46841610
No models I think. At best you might convert some with female headswaps
>>
>>46841610
>44 - Resourceful (They can make a mace from a stick, an Orruk skull, leather strips, and a quick prayer to Grungni.)
A good trait to have when surviving the Mortal Realms.

>Do they even do female models or is it up to our imagination...
I guess it's up to our imagination but I'm sure someone could do some fine modeling and more feminine masks. I'm looking forward to some art work now.

Now give me a 1d10 for Reforging Properties and Flaws.
>>
Rolled 3 (1d10)

>>46841688
>>
>>46841729
Flawless women - Mary Sues incoming
>>
>>46841729
> 3- Pure - The Stormhost's Forging process is flawless.
We luckily don't have a problem with our reforging process.
>>46841751
Not necessarily, it just means nothing terrible happens to them when they become Stormcast.

Alright now give me a 1d10 for our Demeanor.
>>
Rolled 9 (1d10)

>>46841810
it's so quiet without shitposters
>>
Rolled 3 (1d10)

>>46841810
>>
>>46841836
> 9 - Brothers in Battle - Hos before bros? *Whack* No.
Sisters to the end, like true Amazons.
>it's so quiet without shitposters
Lucky for us.

Now give me a 1d100 for our Figure of Legend.
>>
Rolled 60 (1d100)

>>46841923
Seems like they're pretty straightforward so far
>>
>>46841955
>60 - Knights Azyros
>Seems like they're pretty straightforward so far
So far, let's see what heppens till the end.

Alright, give me a 1d100 roll to see what great deed our Knight Azyros did.
>>
Rolled 81 (1d100)

>>46842009
female + flawless + led by angels ...
>>
Rolled 25 (1d100)

>>46842009
Well, they are good at scrapping together equipment, wear darker earth tones, and are out hunting relics. Perhaps they have a sort of survivalist bent?
>>
>>46842038
>81- The hero was foremost at the defense of a mortal city beset by the enemies of order. On their own the hero protected a key point and refused to give a single inch of ground. After the battle the hero was found by their comrades, surrounded by piles of slain enemies at their feet.
She would not give ground, a pretty good deed.
>female + flawless + led by angels ...
Now now, as long as we stay stright, we won't make them into Mary sues.
>>46842046
>Perhaps they have a sort of survivalist bent?
Perhaps, remember that for when we flesh out the background.

Now give me a 1d10 roll to see what Realm these Eternals primarily hail from.
>>
>>46842118
>>81- The hero was foremost at the defense of a mortal city beset by the enemies of order. On their own the hero protected a key point and refused to give a single inch of ground. After the battle the hero was found by their comrades, surrounded by piles of slain enemies at their feet.
>She would not give ground, a pretty good deed.
>>female + flawless + led by angels ...
>Now now, as long as we stay stright, we won't make them into Mary sues.
I'll let other anons roll so i won't turn this into a shitty fanfic
>>
Rolled 5 (1d10)

>>46842118
>>
>>46842174
Beasts. Definitely survivalists.
>>
>>46842151
Their not Flawless as in completely devoid of anything that makes them perfect. Like I said, it just means that nothing is wrong with their Reforging process. If we rolled anything else then we would have to roll on the Flaws table and get some kind of mutation.
>>46842174
>>46842181
>5- Ghur (Beasts)
Oh, we're definitely Amazons now. Hopefully savage beast riding survivalists Amazons.

Now give me a 1d100 for our homeland's terrain.
>>
Rolled 18 (1d100)

>>46842249
>Now give me a 1d100 for our homeland's terrain.
>>
Rolled 2 (1d10)

>>46842249
>>
>>46842278
>>46842289
Hmm, We can either go for the,
>18- Desert
or
>2- Jungle
What do you guys think? Either sounds good to me but I'm willing to let you guys decide or we can just go with the Desert since it was the first roll.

Tell me what you think as you give me a 1d100 for our Homelands condition.
>>
Rolled 68 (1d100)

>>46842351
Jungle makes more sense I think... dunno
>>
Rolled 22 (1d100)

>>46842351
Well, the second roll wasn't even the right dice, so I think desert has it.

Plus it helps make them a bit less amazon if they're not in a jungle
>>
>>46842373
Alright, well if the other anon agrees with you then we'll go with the Jungle. Until then...
>68- Haunted
Ohhh spooky! Perhaps it's got some undead and ghost running around.

Alright, give me a 1d10 for our Stormhost Residence.
>>
Rolled 9 (1d10)

>>46842444
I think there are 3 of us so far :P

Thank mr skeltal
>>
>>46842467
Seems like only 9 options
>>
>>46842376
Good point.
>>46842467
>3- A Citadel
So they got a large fortress in their homeland.
>>46842497
One of the options was written incorrectly, sadly. It's stands for :
>Roll- 6: None. "Stormcast stay within Azyrheim.

Anyways, give me a 1d10 for the rule of our homeland.
>>
Rolled 6 (1d10)

>>46842563
>>
HAMMERSTORMHAMMERHAMMERLIGHTNINGSTORM
>>
>>46842701
>6 - Distant rule - "You see that castle up there? It's inhabited by the mighty Storm warriors of Sig-Mar. Sometimes they come and take our best/fallen warriors away."
So the Stormhost likes to keep to itself.

Now give me a 1d10 for our Stormhost's organisation.
>>
Rolled 5 (1d10)

>>46842783
Appears other anon has jumped ship, I fear we may be sinking. Lets soldier on and hope we get some fresh blood.
>>
>>46841135
I've been away for a while, are those ultramarines? What the fuck happened to them? Why do they look so weird?
>>
>>46842826
Assuming you're not trolling - they are the new fantasy army. Basically Sigmar Valkyries - he takes the best warriors and sticks em in fantasy power armor to fuk up chaos.
>>
>>46842817
Right oh, Let's see this till the end.
>5- Adherant organization
So a normal orginization for use, saves time on having to come up with something.
>>46842826
Those guys go by the name of the Tempest Lords, look them up when you get the chance.

Alright, I'm gonna need a 1d10 roll for our combat doctrine.
>>
Rolled 2 (1d10)

>>46842887
>>
Rolled 6 (1d10)

>>46842887
rollin for Suicidal Assault
>>
>>46842850
Hmm, so they are fantasy space marines?
It's a kind of cool idea. Are they genetically (or I guess magically?) enhanced too?
>>
>>46842900
>2- Ranged Combat
We like to fight at a distance.

Now for the gifts, give me a 1d100 roll for Special equipment.
>>
>>46842940
They are made from mortal warriors taken away by the God-King Sigmar and augmented with mystic energies and given fancy new weapons and armour made of Sigmarite

So yeah. They are pretty polarising desu, though it's also to do with the fact that people associate them with the launch of Age of Sigmar (and subsequent death of WHFB). Sadly WHFB didn't sell so here we are.

AoS is pretty fun, but quite casual and causes lots of rage here on /tg/.
>>
>>46842940
Here's a page to help you out anon:
https://1d4chan.org/wiki/Stormcast_Eternals

And the setting itself:
https://1d4chan.org/wiki/Warhammer:_Age_of_Sigmar
>>
Rolled 38 (1d100)

>>46842946
>>
Rolled 100 (1d100)

>>46842946
Well, ranged warfare certainly works for the beast realm with the other survivalist stuff we've got. Sort of a hunter vibe
>>
>>46843047
>38 - Beastial Companion: More common among those Stormhost's whose origins come from Feral Homelands, this Stormhost prides itself on raising hunting animals to assist in battle. Examples: Gryph Hounds, Huge Wolves, hunting birds, Ur-gold hungry Fyreslayers.
So we do have creatures helping us out. Wonder what we could use?

Now we need a 1d100 roll for our Stormhost's beliefs.
>>
Rolled 16 (1d100)

>>46843140
Yep, definitely a hunter theme going on.
>>
>>46843221
>16- Revere the Legendary Hero - "Our Spiritual Liege is better than yours!"
Looks like our Knight Azyros was great enough for her to be greatly revered.

Now we need a 1d10 roll for our Stormhost's Strength.
>>
>>46843140
My gf is yelling at me to get off the computer so I'm off for now - have fun with the rest of the thread :) it's nice to speak to people not angry about AoS
>>
Rolled 7 (1d10)

>>46843277
I'll do one last roll. Have a good night.
>>
Rolled 4 (1d10)

>>46843277

>>46843290
Later anon
>>
>>46843290
>>46843310
Thanks for posting and rolling anon. Not much activity here so I'm glad you contributed.
>7- Nominal: The Stormhost can field ten full chambers, each with sufficient numbers. In all likelihood, most of every squad consist of ten brethren and some specialised appointments may be empty, but the Stormhost is regarded as fully fit for battle.
So we got normal numbers on our side.

Almost done guys, now we need a 1d100 for who our Stormhost counts as allies.
>>
Rolled 50 (1d100)

>>46843382
I think this has come together pretty well.
>>
>>46843290
Off to your maginary lizardman loving girlfriend, shill.
Nice thread souless names to go with the fantasy marines of soullessness
>>
>>46843412
Yup, it's worked out in my opinion.
>50- Fyreslayers Lodge
We got an army of half naked angry and gold hungry beserkers to call upon to have our backs, nice.

Last roll my friends, give me a 1d100 roll for our Stormhost's mortal enemy.
>>
Rolled 44 (1d100)

>>46843467
>>
>>46843495
>44- A particular Death-aligned group (i.e., Soulblights, Deathmages, Deathwalkers, etc)
Makes since if our homeland is haunted, perhaps the enemy made it so.

Alright that's it guys, I'll set up all the rolls in one post and then we can get to fleshing out the background.
>>
>>46843460
First shitposter of the thread award goes to
>>
>Unknown - "The reason for this Stormhosts creation is shrouded in mystery."

>Strength: Nominal

>Enemy: A particular Death-aligned group (i.e., Soulblights, Deathmages, Deathwalkers, etc)

Intresting stuff so far, thanks to everyone who participated, take pride in knowing we just rolled up the very first Stormhost on /tg/.

So now all that's left is to flesh out the background. Any thought and/or ideas?
>>
>>46843721
Well, they seem to be set up pretty well as hunters. Ranged combat, weapon-scavenging/crafting, breast companions in the beast realm.

I think hunting hawks might work for beast companions, as that might work better with their focus on ranged weapons. Riding around giant dragons while shooting arrows doesn't seem like it'd suit them as much.

Perhaps they're also searching for relics to try and get rid of whatever spooky curse the undead placed on their homeland?
>>
>>46843984
Alright, so we're a Stormhost of greatly skilled hunters that are looking for some kind of relic to banish the haunting curse over our homeland.
Sounds like that could work, as for the hunting hawks, is there some kind of desert bird of prey that we could use?
>Riding around giant dragons while shooting arrows doesn't seem like it'd suit them as much.
So what should that ride instead? Desert scorpions?
>>
>>46844092
Condors or vultures might work, although they're not really birds of prey.

I think there are hawks and eagles in certain deserts though I'm not sure.

Alternatively we could just give them giant desert-dwelling falcons to ride.
>>
Snap I am on lunch at work and just saw this. Nice to know we are making progress! Great job anons!
>>
>>46844199
I found this site that lists Birds of Prey that live in the desert: http://www.in-the-desert.com/birds.html
So some kind of hawk or eagle would work.
Perhaps they can ride giant Desert moniter lizards or Bobcats.
>>46844288
Thanks Serabro, your just in time for fleshing out the background. So far we're thinking of some kind of Haunted Desert dwelling Amazons that are really good hunters.
>>
>>46844316
I like the idea of giant bobcats for mounts. Maybe using eagles and hawks for scouting and falconry purposes.
>>
>>46844409
>Maybe using eagles and hawks for scouting and falconry purposes.
Then they can be the prime companions for the Prosecutors since they also serve as scouts for a Stormhost.
>>
>>46844492
Are Prosecutors the ones with the giant crossbows? Or are those something different?

I'm not too familiar with AoS units yet.
>>
>>46847164
Their the ones with the wings.I wonder if we can do any interesting stuff with them.
>>
>>46847811
Well, that would explain why they're scouts. They might work well as being a focus of our force. I could see them using their wings to search the sky for targets, before sending a message back to a main force using a hawk. Then the main force rides out to meet them, the Prossecutors striking from the sky as the others back them up from a distance or charge in on their mounts.
>>
>>46842988
Age is selling less than Fantasy.
