Last time, on Dragon Ball Tuffle Quest Z! You finally went off with everyone to Namek, encountering a space dragon calling himself Bongo with a starship the size of a small moon along the way. Now you've met with the leader of the Namekians, who managed to give a tremendous boost to Trip and Yamcha. However, he also reveals that Bongo's headed to Namek with dark intentions, and the Namekian leader himself is close to death!

I don't think he can, and nor does he need to. Hit's ability seems like a freaky alien-type move, and is more akin to moving really really fast or removing one's self from the normal flow of time for a short while. Goku can already do the former with the refined Kaio-ken, and doesn't really seem to have the ability to do the latter.

Depends on the robot. Errant electricity DOES kick their ass, but robots aren't inherently vulnerable to moisture if they've been designed properly. Freshwater isn't as electrically conductive as you might think.
That said, if you spray them with Silver Nitrate, it fucks them up. Silver crystallises out of the solution quite easily, and Silver DOES conduct electricity. Alarmingly well.

The five of you rush down in formation. Lazuli lands the first blow on one of the robots... but seems they're even tougher than they appear. It bats her away, then changes its arm into a cannon. You pull out your sword and quickly slice it off, Chiaotzu blasting it and several others in the eyes with a Dodonpa barrage... that leaves them with frost developing on them. Goku's fist quickly slams through and plows through several of the robots. Lazuli doesn't make a repeat of her previous attempt and instead starts flinging Destructo Disks, as many as she can manage, cleaving several in a row.

"SOLAR FLARE!" you yell, Yamcha covering his eyes and bolting on past Bongo. For good measure you then hit him with the Clothes Beam, blinding him with a scarf, finally dashing at him yourself.

He stops you in your tracks with a fist to your face. He barely even flinches from the distraction. "Simple tricks, but useful ones. If you were against any lesser foe, you might have had something in your favor." You fall, flip yourself back up, and dash back slightly. Bongo laughs. "But the flaw comes in that you're up against me."
Smug son of a... okay, no messing around! You build up Ki for a Kamehameha and blast it at him, Bongo dodging aside and rushing you. You block the first couple blows with a shout of " Samma Sankappa!" ...but then he keeps going, longer than you can keep it up. He wails on you, blow after blow just hurting more and more, forcing you to use the Explosive Wave just to back away again.
The dragon slowly walks towards you. "You're actually quite skilled, Earthling. You'll do well to help the Big Gete Star improve itself, just as it has improved me."
You wipe some blood away from your cheek. Damn it...

Even with the Raio-ten, we can't really significantly injure him due to the difference in power. Though the sword may make things more "interesting" for him, and compel him to draw the fight out longer.
But overall, killing this singular Bongo won't do much since the Big Gete star can and has mass produced him.

You stand tall. Draw this out as long as you can, until Yamcha can pull this off! You build up a little Ki in your palms, making Bongo expect you to attack again... and then slap your own body and quickly heal up. Bongo raises his eyebrow. "...full of surprises, Earthling."
"More than you know. HaaaaAAAAA!" Okay, recover what Ki you can. Your purple aura builds up around you, and with more care this time, you watch as Bongo moves to strike you. Foresight comes in handy this time, as a flash alerts you right at the last moment. You dodge, and focus on dodging while you can.
Strike after strike, blow after blow, you do what you can to draw this fight out, even if it means you can't really fight back. Bongo still gets a few lucky hits in, and even with you dragging this all out for a few minutes and recovering when you can, it's taking the toll on you. Finding the right moment to strike, you quickly shoot him in the face with a Geist Magnum, Lightning added for good measure! It stuns the space dragon for just a moment, but it's a moment you can spare as you down a Senzu to bring yourself back to full strength... and to bring out your blade! You roar as you bring it down on him, Bongo moving back and trying to block it with his arm... only for your sword to go through it like a hot knife through butter.

Lightning envelops your foe and holds him in the air slightly. He growls in anger as he can barely even move, the attack putting more and more pressure on him. His body slowly starts to break apart, mechanical bits bursting. Even as you continue your attack... there comes this smug smile on his face.
"This body is but one of millions. Do not pride yourself over this small victory. You delay the inevitable."

You nod in agreement, pop another Senzu, and quickly power up back to full strength. "Let's give these guys a parting gift." You build up your Ki onto another Spirit Star and blast it at the coming Bongos. Doesn't quite destroy them all, but does give you enough of a leeway to escape. And hah, looks like it does a lot more damage when you're inside the thing!
You and Lazuli bolt on through. "Where are Goku and Chiaotzu?"
"More of those things are out there, Goku's holding them off as best he can. Chiaotzu is helping as best he can, and then that Namekian guy showed up with others to try and even the odds." she explains, dodging through some pipes.
"Nail? Well, glad to see we're getting some help!" All right, just gotta keep going. You and Lazuli finally arrive to where Yamcha is, Bongo in a chair. This one DOES have energy you can sense. He's about as strong as his copies, but you've got numbers on your side at the moment.
"Hmnh. Such bravado. You do realize you're yet to even put a dent in my forces, right?" The three of you stand together. Bongo gets up, chuckling softly, giving a swirl of the glass in his hand. "I'm not sure it's wise to-"
A ball of Ki smacks him on the head, Yamcha subtly directing it. Bongo swats the thing away, only for Yamcha to strike him in the jaw with a surprise attack. "You sure you want to take this bet?"
Bongo roars and lets out a burst of Ki, flying up. Wires seem to erupt from the ground and entangle around his body, turning him into a giant, hideous monster of what he once was. And seems those wires have a mind of their own, as they try to strike at you all even when you're not occupying the monster's attention.
But Yamcha's got a plan.

She backs up and forms two, flinging them at the monster's arms. At this size, they're a far bigger target, and far easier to hit. They fall from the body as you and Yamcha head at Bongo together. Wires try to erupt at you as a couple of his copies arrive... only for a sudden huge blast to strike down at them. You and Yamcha look up... Goku! Your husband flashes a thumb's up as several more lunge at him. Adding to that, Nail and some Namekians do their best to distract the Bongos guarding the main one. Chiaotzu bolts down and gives a blast of Magic at your sword and Yamcha's. The two of you finally slash at the core.
Shards of ice form around the cut... and it looks like you got an injury towards the main Bongo! "NOW, MAPLE!" Yamcha shouts as he pulls his hands back, sword returned to its sheath. "KAAAAAA..."
You can't help but grin, doing the same. "MEEEEE..."
Lazuli joins the two of you while Bongo is distracted. "HAAAAAA..."
"MEEEEEE..." the three of you chant in unison.
"HAAAAAAAAA!!!"
The trio of blasts collide around Bongo, your Spirit Bits forming a gate to enhance Lazuli's blast. A brilliant flash fills the area, followed by a titanic explosion. Bongo... he's gone! You did it! You all did it! And gods does it feel like you are about to pass out from exhaustion.
