There are plenty of cases of heretical sisters. The sisters infected by the bloodtide, the daemonifuge, etc. The leader sister in the first Grey Knight novel admitted that Sisters do fall to Chaos but they do not talk about it.

It's still probably more, since as far as I'm aware chaos fans aren't really interested in heretic sisters and therefore Geedubs has little reason to have any running around, but nowhere near "50% vs 1."
Also, come to think of it, you'd need to do it as a percentage of how many non-corrupted marines/sisters fall, rather than X marines and Y sisters, since I doubt they're running around the galaxy in equal numbers.
