I wanted traitor guards with a Deamon warlord and Heldrake, with a squad types that mimics conscripts/militia , imperial Grenadiers, and chaos cultists.
Heldrake was more just a Valkyrie placeholder and just carried a cargo bay around for transport.

Fantasy got bloated. The army cost made 40k look cheap. I see the same happening to 40k in the future. Wouldn't be surprised if they blew up the universe and made some shitty skirmish game out of the remains
Huh, I was deciding which army to keep, Tau or Eldar. I've put some custom work and my Tau force has personality, but Eldar are awesome, have ladies, and were initially intended to be my forever army.
Now? That is a NICE selection of Tau heroes of both genders with character and even some blue skin.
