I'm going to go ahead and say they wouldn't particularly take a shine to to it, and by that I mean no pun. Homosexuality would likely be considered a major impediment to a dwarf's responsibility to his family, clan and species. Even if it wasn't explicitly outlawed by the present authorities, it would probably be a major taboo amongst them, with dwarves risking major social alienation if they were 'found out'. Their society's scorn for it would be even more intense if dwarven religion condemned it, and I don't see (popular) dwarven religion as doing anything else but enforcing longstanding social norms.

Which dwarven society? What setting are we talking about here? Forgotten Realms? Golarion? Eberron? Spelljammer? Greyhawk? Something else which isn't a D&D setting?
Even within any one of those settings (or any other), there might be various and multiple Dwarven cultures, any and all of which may have entirely different opinions.
I mean, within our shitty little world, even narrowing it down to the western world, it depends entirely on whereabouts you are. Most of 'western' Europe and the UK is fine with it, Australia & NZ are mostly fine with it, the USA's opinion varies largely depending on region, Canada's fine with it.
Furthermore, how the fuck does this *really* relate to /tg/? This isn't something that's going to come up in a lot of people's games, and if and when it does, it's really going to come down more to that play group's preferences than anything else.

Long and the short of it: Dwarves pretty much 'forge' new dwarven life by mixing blood from two or more 'parents' with a slurry of various ores and metals, which cools into an 'egg'. The egg is then placed in a special 'Birthing Chamber' to cool and cure over a few weeks, before splitting open to reveal a living dwarf baby inside.
So basically, dwarves are hatched from stone eggs, which don't care whether the parents are the same gender or not. As such, their culture's become quite a bit more lax about giving a shit who Urist takes to his bed at night, since it doesn't really matter anyway, as they're not having kids that way anyway.

Depends on the setting.
Dwarves tend to have a low female to male ratio and low birth rate. As a result, procreation is very important - for the section of the populace that CAN. But simply put, women are at a premium, and not every dwarf is going to get one.
This lack of female companionship will lead to three things, in my opinion:
Marriage and Children as important status symbols: simply put, pumping out babies, regardless of what you think of women, is the end goal of any dwarven gentlemen. Well to do dwarves of all genders are probably encouraged to lie back and think of Englandheim Keep,
Homosexuality is a common past-time: Put men in an environment where access to women is difficult or non existant and they will start fucking each other. I think dwarves would view actual exclusive homosexuality as a disgrace because they tend to be conservative and family oriented.
However given that they're extremely homosocial, value manliness heavily and have higher ratio of men over women, I'd guess bromosexual type homosexuality could be quite common. Once you get into the rural parts the attitude swiftly changes and acting like a fag in a small town bar is a fast way to getting the shit kicked out of you. Dwarves are exclusively homosexual, as they only have one sex.
A Dwarf's genitalia rests as a "receiving" form, but can be aroused into a penis-like form. Dwarf pairs typically decide who shall be impregnated. Socially, this takes forms of oaths from both parties, the sire swearing to defend the impregnated, while the impregnated swears to nurture the offspring, both before and after giving birth. Then the deed is done, typically after the oaths are sworn.
A dwarven pregnancy lasts for a long amount of time, depending how many children are in the litter. A single child (typically seen as a poor result) can take 5 months, but litters typically range from 3 to 4 children, lasting 15 to 20 months. This lengthily term is what is believed to have necessitated oath swearing, as impregnated dwarves are much less able, muscle turning to fat to sustain the litter and making them easier prey for the beasts of the underground. But, a newly born dwarf can walk within 5 hours of birth and will grow to adult size and ability within a mere 10 years.
Dwarves are able to understand human sexuality as it is close to their own, although they see it as "much more inefficient".
Glorantha's Dwarves would regard any dwarf who was gay as a mentally broken heretic.
On the other hand, they'd regard a straight dwarf with the same disdain.
Dwarves are asexuals who only have sex when it's required; dread the occasion; and will occasionally suffer mental trauma from the experience - if they're not fortunate enough to blank it out entirely.
