I remember when Bethesda had their beta testers test mods to make a list of certified bug-free ones, one of the very first mods ever made/tested for Morrowind was one that added level-scaled Cliff Racers that would bombard you with ranged spells. Sadly it has been lost to time and does not appear in modhistory or anywhere else.
