Artesia kinda fits. Its setting draws a lot from greek mythology and pantheon. Mortal heroes meddle with gods and ascend to heavens while remaining very close to earth.

It's not.
Okay, here's where things get fun.
Pluton was a later name for Haides (Or Hades to us), or another aspect of the same being but more positive; which was later latinized to Pluto. He was also conflated with Plutus, god of wealth (hence words like Plutocrat)
Essentially, you know how people now talk about how Hades was actually misunderstood and loved Persephone? They're viewing the myths of Pluton, not Haides (who was violent and abducted his wife) and not realising the difference.
Also, as well as Pluto, the Romans also called the underworld god Dis Pater, or father of riches. (Compare to Jupiter or Jove Pater, God the Father)
