In responce to the conquest of the Krushid Kingdom by the Pajit Empire, we - the White Republic - have declared war. Our navy successfuly attacked the chief port city of Hamali in Operation Sea Tiger and now the war has spread on all fronts as pajit armies have mobilised and are marching on our lands in multiple directions!
Pre-war stats:

Status report:
The Pajit have regrouped their remaining warships off Kayans. Their land forces have launched offensives against us on various fronts - Bridgemark, Tarasil, Pirusat, Cloudgazer, Jamatun and the Krushid desert.
We have 5 armies and the fleet at our disposal to match the enemy. Every border region has raised its militia forces and is ready to defend against the enemy, but a dedicated assault by a professional army is likely to overwhelm the local defenders sooner or later.
Our allies are still preparing their forces, but the Sigbru have raised a large army in a critical position, ready to fight.

We are the White Republic, our capital is Centerhold and all the names in black belong to us. Our allies are the Kaichou Empire(pink) and Sunset Alliance(light red) and we have a few vassal states(Waru Poto, Bei Poto, the goran tribes and the Sigbru Kingdom around Pashawan).
I haven't put in any explicitly fantasy elements into these threads and I'd like for us to progress to the space age and beyond, eventually. Our current technological level is close to 1800 AD Europe. I keep tabs on various stats (see the pastebin) and give options on which players vote.
Right now we're at war and there's no set options to choose from - the stars on the map

I make all this shit up as I go and I use paint and google so it's qutie fun for everyone!

Also I think we should have tripaneus dig in, not move very far because the pajeet have multiple armies over those eastern mountains, we need some defense there and trips in a good spot to defend, also let's move the navy that way to harass the coast and force slow land based movements.

We've sent word - our vassals, the Sigbru, were able to marshall their forces, but our allies out west are still preparing - we have sent word, of course.
We can call in reserves from our colonies, though that would naturally put them at risk - among other things, the Pacharnati Empire has gotten friendlier with the pajit in recent decades and is making strides to modernise. Let's use the sunset to bolster the sigbru defense, and ha e the kaichou land on the east side at kayans if possible and assist our navy. Other than that, just move the army in ramki east to the river, the army in the jungles east to coiudgazer, and start some rolls.

Luffer's forces have encountered ramki forces loyal to the Empire and are currently fighting skirmish after skirmish in hostile territory, advancing slowly.

The chinks from our vassals states and the Sunset Alliance have combined their forces and have sent one army to the Sigbru lands as reinforcements. The Kaichou's land forces are still being transfered from the Western Continent, but they've sent the main bulk of their navy east.
Pajit forces have entered the Jamatun province - Magdake has fallen, but the local defence forces are still holding Jamatun city.
On other fronts the Pajit armies have undertaken several failed offensives, resulting in heavy casualties both in the desert and along the Grand River.
However, the pajit navy has managed to make a daring raid on our own ships, who were in the middle of repairs south of Kashni. Four of our ships of the line and two frigates were completely destroyed - the kaichou reinforcements will be a welcome sight.

A month has passed, it is now early summer - our turn.

Taking the capital city of Vajni would be a major victory, but it is one of the largest cities in the world, rivalled only by Centerhold and Kotoima. The choice is of course, up to you - that huge popuation could be turned to our advantage if things go well.

Well bulgar, I support the siege of Vajni since it was my plan. Just use the same tactics we always use.
The siege will will work wonders on the war, even if we don't take it, the amount of shit that will throw in the city will mean the pajit will be very hurt on their war efforts. They have less supplies to field the other fronts, so it will be worth it.

Valaster's forces were suffering from attrition while travelling in the desert and as if that wasn't enough, the hibibi desert corps ambushed our forces, destroyed their supplies and sowed panic among the militia. Heavy casualties were sustained after several skirmishes and in the battle outside Asheba Valaster's forces were utterly crushed - those who survived are now retreating north.
Our navy lost much of its supplies in an enemy raid and had to retreat to the island of Jeleumaku to resupply and regroup with our allies.
The enemy renewed their assault on Bridgemark, but the walls still hold despite some casualties.
The good news - Tripaneus has marched into Al-Abad victorious after defeating the pajit expeditionary forces. The original objective of the war has been accomplished now.
Luffer managed to force the ramki loyalists to gather in one force, which he defeated near Banguken - the town is now under our control and our forces can continue their advance.
The best news comes from General Yolten - near the city of Padni our forces met the pajit army in the open field - utilising superior formations and weaponry we anhilated the enemy army - the road to Vajni is now clear, the capital is in sight of our advance forces.

The Sigbru front has been further reinforced by chink forces, but the kaichou are still being tardy - they've only sent one division to Bridgemark.

The Pajit have now begun several counter-offensives - their fleet and army have occupied Jamatun and their eastern forces are reportedly being redeployed to reinforce other fronts
The desert corps were unable to take Tarasil, as the sigbru were able to reinforce it, but Valaster's forces were pursued and destroyed, the general himself was captured. Pirusat is now under siege and will soon fall.

The pajit had regrouped all of their eastern forces in Kayans and were able to repel our navy and Tripaneus as our forces have taken casualties - High Admiral Porsten has commited suicide after several spectacular failures.
Luffer has taken Suiguden and is approaching the fortress of Tamrapti.
Allied forces have crossed the river and taken Malebedni - the pajit army has been besieged in Gajti, Yolten has recieved reinforcements and the siege of Vajni is going well as we have fended off counter-attacks and cut off the city's supply routes - its massive population will be unable to sustain itself for long.

Our cavalry is proving to be quite effective afte the last reforms - in these open fields they work together with our infantry and artillery to great effect, scattering the enemy forces and running them down. By the end of the day we've killed several thousand pajit soldiers, captured 5000 and seen the rest of them retreat - we've suffered 3000 losses and will now continue the siege of Vajni.

As the summer days are close to an end, allied forces have besieged the pajit capital - the city is running out of supplies, starvation and disease have begun to set in, but the soldiers are still holding the walls.

Vajni was deprived from reinforcements and the city's population is dying en masse, morale is dropping.
Our navy finally scored a victory - the enemy has retreated to Barniju after taking heavy losses.
Luffer has completed the conquest of the Ramki lands, Tamrapti took some time though.
As autumn sets in we hold a decisive advantage in the war as the pajit infrastructure and economic reserves are crumbling, unable to sustain a long war and having their capital cut off.

General Yolten has arrived on the battlefield.
The Sigbru, exhausted from holding the line, were pulled back and their place was taken by fresh troops. Once arrayed, our lines delivered devastating fire upon the enemy as our cannons begin to roar. The defensive lines were stabilised and the battle continues to rage on through the entire day until both sides eventually pull back as the sun begins to set on the first day of the battle of Vajni Fields.

General Yolen personally led the men in a bayonet charge - his courage inspired the men to break through the pajit lines. We managed to reconnect with our artillery corps and have dug in, repulsing enemy attacks for hours until at last reinforcements are sighted! 15 000 fresh soldiers, mostly militia, approach from the north - it is enough to bring the light back to the eyes of our men as hope for the battle to turn around is here!
