The Scrin would get fucked because they rely on sub-FTL to travel and need two connected portals to achieve FTL. The forces that invaded Earth were just mining drones and the Scrin equivalent of rent-a-cops though, so there's no telling how powerful the actual Scrin military would be. Tiberium is bunnies and rainbows when compared to the crap GW has created over the years. While its spread is hard to control it is not actively trying to kill you like orcs. It corrupts but much less deviously than the warp. It destroys ecosystems but since when has the Imperium cared and it happens over the scale of decades or centuries which is nothing compared to the nid. No doubt some backlandish forge worlds would start to use it for material harvesting.
