Hey Dick and or Head,how many times can you take original design and are is the following list the kind of things I could expect to do with it? Can you gain limbs from it or are you stuck with the standard four? And if you take a projectile weapon does it take the standard amount of time to reload or is that done internally, because if it's the standard amount of time that might make the Combi-Weapon option a lot less appealing, or should I assume it works on the same mechanics as it does in the game?

You'll get better with them as time goes on but given the logarithmic nature of its growth you're reasonably going to cap out around oh, I don't know...Aquaman strength levels maybe? Yes the resistance suit is baseline human, but could theoretically be modified for greater purposes if you had 3+ super sciences under your belt.
I think secret of steel is supposed to be just for steel, but I suppose it could be incorporated into certain alloys that have steel as a composite if you stretch it? Though it would have decreased efficacy the less steel that is included in the final product.

Yeah. The appearance perk was in an older version of it where I included master as an option (as well as the ability to destroy any clothing the target was wearing) but that ended up removed for power balance.
We tried to write a good martial arts-combo perk but found we couldn't give it any serious tangible benefits that wouldn't have been game-breaking. Instead we went with the list of available martial arts and the ability to study them/incorporate them as needed.

Someone proposed an interesting idea about doing one Jump for each Exaltation, then keeping it from getting broken by either having you pick your final Exaltation at the end of them, or letting you swapping out Exaltations once per Jump. I'd love to see either solution or an entirely different solution, but I would LOVE to get a chance to try the different flavors out.
