this is the chart from last thread.
Creatures with a red cross have gone extinct from iron water event
>Open an existing creature in paint or whatever and give it one evolutionary adjustment at the time
>describe adjustment and upload new image
>every once in a while the environment will shake things up, some creatures will go extinct

>No silly stuff, those won't become cannon
>No creating new species out of thin air
>No 'catching up' and doing a bunch of evo's by yourself, every creature should go through multiple steps by multiple people
>Evolutions shouldn't be to drastic, but you shouldn't bitch about other players 'not being realistic' either
>Save as .PNG
>No "I want these to die let's remove them" shit

The Planet is similar to mid-late Ordovician period of Earth. Roughly 20-25 million years ago, the planet had a supervolcanic eruption, causing the world to be enveloped in ash. The aftermath has left a lush world of fertile seas and lagoons, along with marshy shorelines and loamy earth. But it appears that in this timeline, the eruption left to a mass extinction, leaving only the progenitor races alive, and a select few, currently in a form of stasis, with the exception of the Floater Algae, that are hex-shaped colonies of algae covered in thick layers of cellulose that can produce a gas lighter than air, allowing them to float.

• The mountainous Eastern Continent, home of the now dormant Mt. Khornus, lush with fertile grounds for plants, and mix of cold highlands, warm valleys and isolated expanses of freshwater lakes and flatlands.
• The Northwestern Continent is the most land dominated by low to sea-level lands where the grounds are always moist, while more northern regions are found to be dryer and more hilly.
• The Southern Continent is home to the great desert on its northern landmass, where precipitation is rare, while the southern region of the land is known for its welcoming, temperate climate.
• Planet Evo now has about 15% less oxygen in its Atmosphere then compared to Planet Terra of the Sol System. It also contains Nitrogen, Hydrogen, and traces of gaseous heavy metals of the past Ash Cloud.
• In some of the shallower parts of the oceans bare rock has been exposed, a potential substrate for more sessile organisms to easily settle in. These regions of the oceans while, tiny in size are comparably warmer and clearer than else where in the ocean.
• The night skies have been filled with an array of light as of recent. While likely unnoticed by the organisms of the planets, shimmering auroras and meteor showers have been flying over the skies at night. It would appear, that a nearby Star has recently destabilized.

Why are Climbing Frawas, Bungi and Deprungi crossed as if they didn't adapt to the iron event?
Bungi and Deprungi evolved to secrete iron poop used by aortigas to visit underwater places.
And the red-cheeked Frawas have them red cheeks just to store iron
>>
>>46640084
>Nearby Star has recently destabilized.
I never noticed that. How... appropriate.
>>
>>46640101
also without bungi and deprungi the aortigas are doomed to die since the fungis were their last butanol source

Its an error, the Frawas, Bungi and Deprungi are all still alive

The aftermath of the iron-filled oceans have left many species dead, but life starts anew with lands near the oceans having fertile soil.

OP here, the Bungi, Climbing Frawa and Deprungi should not be extinct. Also, the chart is missing a few species, such as the Sand-Speckled Braf, Chlorophyalgea, Zawa and the Striding Growth Bzalgae

the whole Algae family is missing and the species posted after them as well

The IronBlood Hawa's have become larger.( 8 ft) Their fins are now full limbs (think sea turtle limbs) The tusks and dorsal fin have become even more deadly, able to rip through a baby WhaleHawa. The tusk's have become more curved upwards and the dorsal fin larger. Because of the constant blood contact the tusks and dorsal fin are now permanently stained red. The IronBlood Hawa's tail also develops an edge like its tusks and dorsal fin. It uses its sharp tail to cut into the bodies of its kills and for finishing blows.

By a freak of mutation, or removal of obsolete parts, the Shovel Cerar's carapaced head retains its' hardness but at the same time becomes semi-transparent. Rudimentary eyes are developed underneath the carapace head, slightly below it's purplish brain matter.

A sort of webbing is also developed along it's arms, giving it the ability to glide over land for short distances.

Some of the shovel Ceral develop much more developed webbing and longer limbs for more long distance gliding, they also begin to form a hard stinger on the end of their tails.

Omnivorous: Whale Hawa, Ironjawa, Ironjaw Hawa, Climber Hawas, Rippo the Hwippo

Butanol Freaks: Aortigas

If Telgs and Walkys weren't able to tell where they were running they wouldn't have evolved legs at all.

Their lights entrance the few animals down there to come closer, before they're ripped to shreds in a feeding frenzy. Some of the deep sea mulu live in swarms, visiting the depths only occasionally, others live purely in the deep, and are solitary creatures (as even another member of the swarm is a valuable meal down in the depths). The plant material within the "Ferrous Grove Bzolgae", thanks to it's constant intake of iron saturated water due to it being part plant, stiffens and forms an even thicker exoskeleton. A flakey outer shell forms over it's egg sack to help protect it's gross wiggly babies in the womb.

However, with it's new extremely heavy body, The Bzolgae is slower than ever. It's highly susceptible to predators capable of cracking it's plant metal shell, and far too slow to escape many natural disasters. Most Ferrous Grove Bzolgae now spend their days partially buried in marshy ground, absorbing as much water and sunlight as they can to maintain their metabolism.

I'm going to fucking shank whoever drew those tentacles in whatever tool that is. They are a pain in the dick to edit.

The Grawha grow to even bigger sizes, larger than any terran creature before it (twice the size of the blue whale). It's skin grows thick and blubbery to help insulate it, as well as absorbing some nitrogen to help avoid the bends. This skin excretes excess oils from the animal, which makes the skin smooth, which helps increase the speed of the grawha slightly by decreasing drag. In addition, the higher fat content in the blubber helps with maintaining buoyancy.

Ah right. I actually realised that my previous image is actually too small in regards to the Grawha, it should be more like this.

One of those would be the perfect platform for a bunch of Vomit Algae to begin puppeting. Combine that with the, presumably still water dwelling, puppeted Adhesive Irkbzol and you get, well, *gashunk-gashunk*

Where is everyone?

New extinction event.

Too early for that mate, let's wait two hours before doing another extinction

Anybody here?

Some subspecies of Racer Cerar begin to borrow into larger prey in droves to lay their eggs. While the adults borrow up to the brain stem, the eggs are placed nearest to the womb or testes as possible. The hope for the Cerar seems to be control of the next generation of its prey by hatching near insemination. It would attach itself to the budding brain of the embryo and become the surrogate brain stem and spine, thus controlling it in hopes of getting smaller creatures to eat the defecate where more eggs wait for creatures too small for normal means of infection.

I'm not even too sure how they would adapt to something like that.
>>
>>46655564
I appreciate your gross baby layer

An extinction event like this one would be very difficult for anything to evolve/adapt quickly enough to survive to that wasn't a extremophile organism or bacteria.

You could just plain write this off as an extinction event to clear the board of clutter.

The some Snaprok evolve a slick, smooth hide that allows them to wade through the soil without getting stuck.
>>
>>46667744
You do realized that we will probably get Burrowing Aortigas out of this, right?
>>
>>46672479
Or failing that they relocate their two front most appendages to just below their heads and lengthen them with some parts of their legs, which they turn into propellers. bingo-bango-boingo Submarine Aortigas.

Going to extend the event for two more hours
maybe more

The Sand-Speckled Braf develop groove-like structures on the outermost parts of their claws. that let them 'swim' through the soil. Their rearmost legs also begin to flatten out into rudders
(Can someone with actual skill draw this?)

Braf develop a fin to help propel themselves through water as well as better "eyes" to see in the murk, the fin in combination with the "tusks" and legs allow them to half swim, half crawl and half dig to ambush prey.

Shovel Cerar develop more streamlined bodies capable of traversing the tar with ease
>>46653169
The SandSpeckled Braf's corkscrew tail evolves into a drill like stinger, using powerful muscles contracting and stretching at high speeds to spin and dig into tar and their prey's flesh, injecting them with venom. This allows them to travel along the tar and also make burrows.
>>46655564
The Bzalgae legs stretch to incredible lengths, allowing them to crawl on top of the surface of the tar.
>>46666135
They evolve the equivalent of bony snow shoes
>>46638955
The Vomit Algae swim in the tar, searching for dead corpses, they grow rapidly on them, replacing muscle and sinew with roots and plant matter, they then enter a hibernation like stasis, awakening to attack whoever gets near.
>>46639026
>>46639444
They evolve to consume the tar like substance.
>>46652131
Their silicon muscles grow stronger, allowing them to tear globs and dig through tar.
>>
>>46674105
you're meant to actually evolve them with a drawing, it's kind of one of the main points of the game

Bobbit Braf when?
>>
>>46674248
I'm currently on mobile, I'll draw when I can.
>>
Where did everyone go?
>>46647830
They evolve their legs to a corkscrew like mechanism, allowing them to temporarily float above the tar
>>
>>46675556
Who knows
>>
>>46667744
How does this effect sea creatures?
