Vent sentinel is one win-con. Then, there are the big mana defenders like overgrown battlement and axebane guardian, which allows you to use huge burn spells like aurelia's fury or banefire. Lastly, there is, of course, assault formation.
Naya defenders is the coolest fucking thing.

I would probably shoot for tribal (presumably Walls) + Roar of the Crowd.
I think there a few defenders that reflect damage, and there are definitely effects that force opponents to attack.
