Lets brainstorm ideas and stand ins for armies we wanna play, this can be for models that are no longer in the game you play and didn't get a chance to buy, stand-ins if you're on a budget, or just want to give your forces a different flavor
Im not sure if this counts, but Im going to give WFB a go (ive had 6th and 7th edition recommended to me so I'll look there first) in 15mm with minis based like this.
Just started laying the groundwork to base these, planning to use them as Empire or Bretonnia, and all being well, the decreased size and 3 guys to a base (counted as a single model for wounds and attacks purposes) should make even a fairly small battle look large by virtue of having lots of little men.
Plus its cheap as chips, both in minis and scenery

Im just planning to play it with 1 friend whos doing the same thing with undead, but im mainly doing it as a change of painting-flavour from my usual ww2 and cold war.
If it works I'll probably make a couple more armies as its pretty cheap.

Warmaster imo would be better. It's the small scale warhammer game and it's a hell of a lot of fun, It's ostensibly 10mm, but hey whatever.
Am doing a Black Label Society 40k CSM army. And of course, I need a guitar wielding noise marine squad, otherwise it wouldn't be funny.
I plan on having a singing champion plus three guitar marines plus one guy carrying an amp.

they have a selection for US currency so probably yes, they also have an AVP line and a neat non booby space game, planning to get these guys and mount some puppet's war robot animal heads on them, Necron style Ushabti as my Lychguard

Some day I will have my dino-riding Exodites. The question is just which army they should stand in for. I'm thinking Corsairs, because
