Probably quite a bit, thanks to having been buying cards on-and-off for nearly two decades.

No.
Most of the cards I just gave away or sold. At this point, I generally just set-collect when there's something which looks interesting, and doesn't seem too absurd to get. I've completely walked away from games which looked interesting but had unique overpowered ultra-rares. No thank you, I've learned my lesson from Magic.
I don't think I've ever went out and bought individual cards, though. It's always been buying packs, or just selling the entire collection.
I've probably spent several hundred, maybe a thousand on CCG during my MTG days. Friends and I would buy them by the boxes. Crazy amount of money dropped on playing cards. I would also buy other CCGs, but the problem was that I would invest in a new game that I thought was cool, but nobody else would, so I'd have a bunch of nice looking cards that I couldn't really play with. Eventually I stopped buying new card games and stopped playing MTG.
When Yugioh came out, I really wanted to get back into it, but I didn't want to run into the two problems above. So I bought a GBA and a cart. That worked out really well.

I've used to play an online CCG, but it was a looong time ago so I don't exactly remember how much I spent on it. Probably less per month than WoW subscription.
It was fun for a while but eventually I quit it.

I recently sold most of my MTG collection for $2000+ in cash. I've probably spent twice that on the game, easy.
