Forlorn Isle, the most remote of the Light Isles, is a place seemingly abandoned by the Gods. The castle was not built by our House, nor was there any evidence of the previous settlers though signs of violence were said to be much in evidence to the first that arrived.

Our House was founded as the result of a shipwreck, the soon-to-be Lord and his crew claiming to have been attacked by a shark of mammoth proportions. They took up residence in the abandoned castle, took advantage of what resources were already there to build a ship then brought their family and followers to settle there.
