I managed to get a flyby of the area from a contact, looks like the place is mostly dusted since I last remember...

Quaz: Please don't remind me. What you should know is that the salt sands are infamous for buffering out magic, dont even think of trying runes out the ground just simply isn't stable enough. And the surface itself ? it dulls out magical output by a half due to aether static caused by the salt content among um other disturbances. Teras and Metal magic would still work owing to their corporeal properties but even mages will have a hard time here, but the same goes for anyone not equipped to handle spirits..

For those of you thinking of deploying in the next Sub Floor, please factor in your availability.

With smaller maps and smaller unit cap, Sub Floor missions can proceed at the standard non-long-phase rate; however, having to wait for people to post sort of defeats half the purpose of these Sub Floors (not to mention, it means only 15 people might be the only ones playing in the week's time it takes to resolve a mission if we're operating on slow phases).

Additionally, after considering the current and previous Sub Floors (the arena technically counts, I suppose), I think it would be wise if we instate a minimum player threshold. There's no need to jump the gun with a force that is below the recommended strength.

Wrong. That was the guy to the east who is currently shooting at Advol or whatever his name is.

Morat was within 9 range of the sniper. We know a 9 range sniper rifle exists from Moth's Flame that I still wish we were able to loot it. Using exotic ammo, it's entirely possible for that guy to pop Morat's very squishy head open like an overripe melon.

They were referring to Justin who has 6 hp and a ridiculous amount of defense. It's likely she can pack several loads in at once or some other skills. They're not adept militia. They're beyond that. Morat was blown away by the sniper in the east. If you can't take 5 damage that will continue to happen.

Justin is still alive. They thought that the sniper chick shot Morat, where it was the sniper to the east who got Morat.

Also, if my understanding of AP rules is correct (AP cuts def by 1/2 with minimum 1 damage being dealt, or something along those lines), the sniper could have dealt that damage with iron kisses (5AP, IIRC) + 1 packed load (or some other exotic ammunition that I would totally love to have).

So far, we've not done any damage to Mendele's own personnel. They shot at us first, and we've been ENTIRELY nonlethal in our response as of this moment.

Let's try to keep it that way.
Now if you do shit that ends up with them being put in the lesser king's path? Well that's their bad luck for stirring up a fight and enraging the lesser king?

Wouldn't it be HORRIBLE if our attempt to peacefully negotiate the peaceful return of our people from Mendele, and the generous contribution to the volgon war effort we were prepared to make, were interupted by the Lesser King devouring Mendele in his own base after his guards enraged it with their overly-proactive guarding stance?

Wouldn't it be just TERRIBLE to the point we HAD to take revenge on the Lesser King? And tell our terrible story of woe and tragedy to the Runner's Guild about how this all went so terribly wrong so that everyone would know we tried out best to do the right thing and it just all went wrong? What could we have done?

We even sent our least threatening members in first! Only deploying Ziegfried once the lesser king was there. I mean sure, there were Kail and Livia and Charon? But that was so that Mendele would know we were treating him RESPECTFULLY.

My bad, I forgot that Clairvoyance is a thing.

Basically, you get Clairvoyance, which is the baby version of Battle Intuition.

Once you class up to something else, you get Battle Intuition.

I don't really remember the specifics of each ability, other than "it lets you do things like overwatch movements and other BS like that,
so you need to figure it out yourself.

I'm too lazy to put my trip on, so ask Hetros to explain it to you, since this is something he'd know.
