This. Ork Anger and Bloodlust feeds Khorne just like anyone else. Gork and Mork however represent those distinctly orky concepts that cannot really be translated to the human experience, Brutal Cunning and Cunning Brutality. They represent that entire "ey no hard feelings but i'm gonna cut your skull open and use your entrails to decorate me boss pole" thing orks have going on, where death and war is no big thing, and they don't necessarily feel anger and hate like we do. fighting and bloodlust are fun to them, not a fear or anger response like it is to humans.

Because the Orks are evolved (or devolved as it were) versions of the Krork, a species designed by the Old Ones to help fight the Necrons. Necrons have a weakness to the warp, but are also able to shut down the warp. So, Eldar weren't cutting it and they took awhile to breed and replenish their numbers and tech. To work around that, the proto-orks were made. Easy breeding, they bring their own environment with them via spores, grow and become stronger as they fight, can ramshackle together technology on a whim, and have a warp-like effect that can alter reality and isn't based on the whims of Necron warp-disabling effects. And in the Ork mythos, they believe Gork and Mork are gods, one being brutally cunning and one being cunningly brutal. And this makes them argue over which is which and they beat the shit out of each other because they ran out of Necrons to fight once the war in heaven ended and the brain boys left.

The difference is that chaos orks has been retconned entirely due to them fighting against chaos and anything un-orky up to and including genestealers and the only example of orks having anything to do with chaos now are found in two examples.
1. Khorne has a constantly growing bunch in his arena which he pits his demons against and resurrects them each day.
2. Nurgle using ork corpses (not being worshiped by the Orks) as daemon transportation devices.

Chaos aligned vampires wasn't a thing in WHFB until the End Times. They were disconnected from the realm of Chaos/Warp entierly. They acted as an indipendent pocket plane of the Warp that would drain energy from it either absorbing it through blood or straight out of the air. Then Matt Ward just decided that Chaos could hold dominion over them.
So whatever you think might be true in GW canon the writers can just decide to flip on entierly and the editorial doesn't care.
