I'm not the DM, that goes to my friend.
It's a homebrew 'Surivial Horror' where we are all children suffering from various disabilities in a haunted hospital but to help us we had some minor psychic abilities like sensing others emptions, talking to ghosts and the such. Inspired heavily from Grudge, Ring, Project Zero, Siren and the like.
Life kept getting in the way and our sessions were months apart so many of the plans of DM had started to fall by the wayside till we were, in game, having picnics in a near by park and instead of avoiding ghosts and entities, we'd ask the nice ghost in the next ward if they could help keep things quiet. For something that began as grim-dark, it's practically a Casper story now.
Part of the story involved Satan taking over the hospital and then turning it around into one of the best, if not the best hospital in the world. Mostly to poke fun at God as he started to save more lives then all the miracles in the world.
However the supernatural attracts supernatural and the hauntings increased since he took over.
