Post any art requests you have ITT. Keep in mind, the drawfriends are doing this for free, so do not be surprised or upset if they gloss over your post. Just be patient, and bump your request ONE time, every 24 hours after posting it. Don't be a jerk and immediately repost your request because you don't like the FREE art you received.
Additionally, please provide good, detailed references (pictures are better than verbal descriptions), so the artists know what you're looking for as best you can.
If you've recently had a request filled by a drawfriend, please be considerate of less fortunate anons and hold off on additional requests for a while.

Requesting a sexy half dragon with less horns, a slimmer appearance, and chain mail.
I'd appreciate it dearly if someone would be willing to draw my dwarven character.
I'd like him to appear similar to this Heroforge mini, but with spikes on his armor and shield. He'd also have the Knights Hospitaller symbol on one of his pauldrons and in the center of his shield.
If you are willing to do color, he'd have dark hair, light blue or green eyes, and pale skin. Pose is up to the drawfriend, but making him look alert and ready for action would be awesome.

Requesting the grinning chap on the other's body, with your typical curly gentleman mustache and posing valiantly with a musket. Rererequesting a greek-y post-apoc-y space marine scout. He has the typical Scout marine armor, but beat up and vaguely greek, with fixing like Mel from MM. Thread migration with newthread requisition test.
This is a crest request for 40k. Looking for something rather simple not incredibledetail.png unless you want to.
The crest features the Golden Throne in the background, and a sword planted into the ground straight vertically. The sword's overall look would start with the Nordic Blader in the pic, long and thin, and with a double-length hilt. From the hilt taper out to a bit wider than the hilt, and then a very slight inward taper until about 3/4ths length then flare back out slightly then taper to a long point, similarly to a gladius mainz sans the guard and stretched out about twice as long and half as wide.
Extra Bits (not part of above request)The original crest calls for a standard bastard sword before the throne, however this particular organization allows each member to create a personalized version of the crest with their preferred blade. I would like to have this version as well at some point but it's not as important since it won't be part of his appearance, just an in-setting thing that would be nice to have.Also, if someone would like to draw up the sword itself in more detail let me know, I would greatly appreciate it but it isn't a big deal if I don't get it right now.
Migrating request!
I was wondering if someone would be willing to help me out on a request here? it might be a tad bit big though. My request is sort of a scene. I imagine a huge, black, slick and feminine dragon in the scenter of a big circular library, wearing a pair of half-moon glasses, and looking outwards from the picture, halfway interested, halfway suprised. The library isnt in the best shape, so sort of run down, with a gigantic hole in the roof and maybe some books floating in between shelves.

Requesting a knight in cyberpunk style equipment fighting an equally cyber dragon.
The armor and weapon of the knight should fulfill the same roles as regular medieval equipment but look futuristic.

I guess this was dropped, so I'll put it up again. Requesting a Slaanesh Chaos Warrior with the armor on the left with the Tzeentch symbols replaced with Slaanesh ones or no symbols at all. Helmet is a chaos-ified Frogmouth that has a crown of horns surrounding the rim of the helm, starting at the edges of the visor slit and circling around. The warrior has a minor mutation- he's grown hooves that have torn through his boots like the bottom picture.
Armor has a faint purple hue to it, with a brown fur cape on the back with purple cloth like the image in the bottom right.

My request was in the old thread so reposting here. He is something of an... altered wood elf. Image is used as a reference. He's got hair the colours of the leaves in the first image, falling to halfway down his back. His teeth are that of the second image, and eyes are that of the third image (note that they have no eyelids, it's much like a snakes, a single translucent eyelid over the eye that self-cleans). Their skin is that of the bottom-left image, very bark-like, and their nose is thin and straight. His fingers end in talons a little similar in shape to the image on the bottom-right, just slightly less talon-like. He was a ranger, equipped with composite longbow with divine arrows, and wears elven chainmail, very silvery and elegant. This is a request on the behalf of one of my characters, I'd be very thankful if somebody has a crack at this, cheers for reading.
Is there anyone who could do a hex-fusion of subject delta, Isaac Clarke, and the NCR Ranger armor? Not each permutation, but just the center fusion where they're all mashed together.

The hex fusion actually implies that the center is a fusion of AB, BC, and AC, which, depending on how you interpret it, could wind up looking completely different from a fusion of ABC straight up.
Also, provide references for all the things you're mentioning, don't assume anyone knows what the fuck you're talking about.
Your best bet would be to create a single reference image with all three of those characters in it and say "fuse these three characters please?" and forget the hex fusion nonsense entirely.
But that's just my two knuts, take them or leave them.

I'd quite like some updated character art for this guy, who's had a bit of a rough time lately!
Humbly requesting the man in pic related, mask on the floor looking sad, after losing the right leg from the knee down in a bad teleporting accident, and the right arm from the elbow down incinerated, with his wolf trying to comfort him
Clothing would be simple under-armour stuff, light cloth shirt and pants, that show how crippled he's become. On a related not, his left arm would be covered in runes of resist magic tattoed onto it, hiding burn scars on the forearm.
He'd also have a tiny black rock tied around his neck, a shard of a meteorite.Also if you really want to, there'd be a small girl made entirely of mercury trying to comfort him too, hands bound in chains and hair tied in two pigtails, she'd be about the size of a gnome. I'd say to work the face back into the head, add wrinkles, laugh lines, cheekbone lines, whatever. As it is, it's basically just a head shape with the face shape slotted into place. There's no real depth or 'character' to it.

I mean these are just line-works. You haven't shaded except a little bit on the bottom right pose, and thats where the face has more definition. These aren't bad at all, they just are incomplete. Basic inks are often easily going to look flat and have that uncanny valley look. This isn't a issue with your skills so don't worry bout that. Finish the shading and you won't have much to worry about.

In terms of criticism, I really don't know what else to say that hasn't been covered. Sometimes your expressions do seem still or locked, which is more noticeable because your bodies typically are showing action or movement-I really like your take on the shocked expression because everything from her eyes to hair to posture are all indicating ongoing motion. I don't draw outside of doodling myself, though, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
In terms of more expressions? Maybe laughing in addition to smiling, dancing with the arms up, asking for one more at the bar, silently stressing or gritting teeth in concentration or fear, and rolling her eyes. Please only draw what you want to, though, I'm already more than happy. Gonna be a little while before I can get references, so let me know if you don't want anymore or if there's anything in particular you want references for.

As an unpracticed drawfag who has received many compliments for art I believed was utter shit, has rarely drawn, and now has trouble drawing due to a hand injury, I can tell you this.
There is no such thing as artistic talent. Patience and practice are all you need. Even if you don't have a steady hand for one reason or another you just have to be more patient.
Honestly I think the only reason my few drawings were as good as they were is because of my autistic attention to detail and pure stubbornness. Eventually laziness and inexperience beat the autism and stubbornness, but I've had some halfway decent results, a few I was even proud of despite how shit I knew they were.
I might have also absorbed some of the hundred or so drawing books I read through and didn't actually practice the exercises, because I was either too lazy, too easily distracted, or didn't have anything to draw with at the time.
Pic related. It's something I drew a few years back out of boredom and before my hand injury. It's not completely terrible, and despite my lack of skill I'm sorta proud of it.
