To me, it looks too flat. I think it'd be better if it had a sort of hunched look, like the Warhound titan, but I get that that'd probably be impractical in models.
Other than that, claw hands like that left hand are a pre-heresy Imperium and Chaos motif. The modern Imperium really prefers fists.

Don't think the claws fit too well.
I mutilated a tank and used spare parts from a dreadnought and some grey night terminators.
New to it, would've liked to do it up proper with some of that green acrylic stuff but money is always tight and I hated it just sitting in the box.
I would've preferred a fist myself but the ones I have are too small.

They may be a bit over the top, but, if you stick with them, I wouldn't go any bigger.
The back plate is bad.
The poles sticking out of his left arm are kinda bad.
The shield facing THE SKY on his left shoulder is kinda bad.
The Horns are kinda bad.
The front plates blocking the tiny shields is kinda bad.
The sprue points above his knees need trimming.
The TITAN codpiece looks a bit wonky butit's fine.

It looks like a step in the right direction. The sheet on the back sticks out like a sore thumb and the claw and sword seem a little chaos-y. Not to say they cant fit, but still.
The body looks ace, but I also can't tell where the Marine fits in or looks out of unless it's a "high functioning dreadnaught" thing.

Advice. Move the gun to the claw arm, and loose the knobby bits on the forearm of the claw. Unless you are trying to go for a "subtle touch of chaos" look, in which case, keep it.
Another place for the cannon could be on the shoulder opposite of the exhaust pipes.
The horns gotta go. You will probably keep them, but really, they gotta go.
For some next level shit, play around with the horn, and consider replacing the thumb claw with one.
The feet could be made into proper feet by taking the toes and merging them into a more classic boot pattern, then greenstuffing the seams.
Split the very bottom of the assault ramp on the back into strips to give it a more cloth like appearance. Or, if you want to be a giant fucking bad ass, remove the entire back assembly you have, save the top, and use peices of tank track to emulate a cape. Probably lay down three, with one in the middle that is longest, then put two strips of shorter ones down the seams of that row. It will look baller as fuck.
Take the very edge of the tabs on the shoulders, the one with the sword, and the one that is blank, and bend them around to a 90' with whatever to give the appearance of shoulders. Right now with everything that is going on, from the thumbnail I thought you had an ork warboss, then I thought chaos, finally I Saw greyknight.
Final opinion, replace the skull head with a helmet. You already have 3 skulls, and are in danger of making a grimdarkian.
Melt it, buy a new kit, and start the fuck over... Unless you meant to make something an Ork would junk.

+really like the banner between the legs, very in line with Imperial designs
+Sword pose is good
+the claw one the hand looks mean maybe a bit too "orky" with the tube thingies on the armor
+like the exhausts, uncommon but not out of place
-I dislke the head, maybe something can be improved with paint, but it should be bigger, or something ontop. This looks like it has a head-shrinking syndrome.

Thinking about the tank track cape, seems like a good analog for what I was going for.

I like chaos and ork styles, head canon was that it was an attempt at making a conduit for Draigo to stay longer or at least appear more frequently. Obviously as I mentioned though I really just hated the base design so I used what I had available.

Also ditch the horns, I thought this was Gurren Lagen at first.
The banner is okay, but the placement is odd, perhaps make it drape under an arm?
The claw is cool, but the arm is way too plain to match the legs, and the tesla coils look like trash. Maybe add some random tubes, anything to make the arms more busy, as they look way off from what you're going for
