Hey /tg/, I'm a very green DM, (2 Sessions under my belt) and I was looking for a system that I could use for a Fallout-Centric setting, with gameplay to match. I've checked the existing Fallout PNP and they seem very clunky.

OP, you sid the existing Fallout PNP was too clunky for their tasts I presume you mean the GURPS one posted in the first thread. If you want something lighter you try Apocalypse World maybe, but I don't know if that would quite work. You could also take the GURPS book and use it as a set of guidlines for Savage Worlds or Fate maybe.
I've also heard people suggest using a game called Atomic Highway for Fallout, but I don't know much about it.

Actually no, someone who skimmed the catalog to make sure this wasn't being discussed, somehow managed to miss the existing thread, and is feeling really kind of embarrassed about it.
