Various worlds and multiverses have become connected together via the mysterious Overcity, a sprawling landscape inhabited by monsters and magical beings. Girls and boys endowed with their new supernatural powers can work together solving conflicts that arise!
>This is NOT a greentext adventure style CYOA with one GM and thread posting to dictate the adventure, but rather a hub thread for multiple storycrafters to use.
A majority of activity (including campaigns) instead happens in the IRC, which is open for newbies to join.
Characters can be rolled with either the CYOA's purple PDF which is intended as a writing prompt and is in the process of developing an independent auxiliary combat system, or AMGC's blue pdf which contains combat rules for PNP campaigns along with the rolls.

If you're playing a character who's reactions, outlook, and majority of character development pertain to their political outlook I'll think you're doing something wrong. I can play a mahou naned Laqyeeshtanya with a ghetto accent and shit, and write paragraphs about the hood outlook she got, but it's going to be a flat character. No matter hoe many words are devoted to it the foundation and basis of the character will always be the meme of doing it for the lulz

A key aspect of 4chan since the beginning has been "lurk more". You don't post when you're new - you stand on the sidelines and try to learn how the board works, simply so you don't waste other people's time with stupid questions when you could be learning the answers yourself and not have to ask another time.
If anyone can tell you're new, you haven't lurked enough, so back away from the keyboard and have some patience. I don't play a lot of role playing, so this reminded me the most of Engine Heart, and that's the common target number there, but it varies.

I have no girls, but I do have one pseudo-magical guy. He's out to set the world (-and by extension the multiverse) straight, so of course he's out to purify or purge them. Purify attempts cannot be made by him, however. So most of the time he has to put them down, provided they are not peaceful and won't wait until someone comes to purify them.

Like Humans need air to breath, water to drink, and food to eat. Like the grass is green, the sky is blue, and the sun shines. Like when you mess up some programming up when compiling a program, give the wrong answer to a yes or no question, or someone gives you the wrong order at a fast or normal food joint.
It does not mean you hate them necessarily, it just means the problem needs to ACTUALLY be resolved. You can tolerate it (you shouldn't), but there is a solution to the problem, and said solution is within your grasp. To not do so would be a miscarriage of justice, and some of us still give a damn about things above the normal human problems.

Human beings are long past the point where "lolrandomness" is acceptable. Of course you can't except everyone to be absolute orderly, they're Humans, but they are supposed to strive to be the best they can be. Monster Girls AREN'T supposed to exist, they are a mistake. They are STATED to be so. Mistakes are to be corrected. All that below it was just a failed attempt by me to state that Monster Girls are to either be purified (preferred method) or eliminated (mostly a last resort), and that is simply how it is. It does not require advanced quantum mechanics and understanding of ever itty bitty part of every larger part for it to be justified. We aren't out there to turn people into monsters, we are out there to turn monsters back into people. (Provided they were people to begin with.)

I'm aware of these points, but they are various stages and variants to various degrees of the original two. Even neutrality it just a middle ground between two things.

All of these are tangible things and broad statements about their intent can't be gleaned from them. A turtle is a fact a turtle, but should the turtle be destroyed or saved simply because it is a turtle? Should a tree be destroyed for being a tree? The original point of DMGs and Monsters is corruption. More power but at a cost of being being fucked up in some way. How you're fucked up is up to you, but generally being a DMG or Monster is supoosed to be a bad thing in universe BECAUSE they tend to do bad things.

Made my first character earlier, based off the OP CYOA. I think it's alright? Went over it twice to make sure I didn't fuck the math up. No stats are really that high, I guess, but I imagine he'd at least be competent.
What sort of familiar would be good? What kind of personality would this magical boy have? Calm, cool, collected megane? What kind of weapon would he use? What kind of uniform would his magical boy outfit be?
