That's an interesting way to put it. She's a bit stronger in a 1v1 fight than a bio-titan, considering that the games have bosses that are pretty clearly on that tier, but she'd be very unlikely to survive multiple foes that strong at once.
But her entire shtick is being stealthy enough to reduce anything to a series of 1v1 fights, then somehow end up blowing the place up. So while she couldn't actually fight everything in the Eye of Terror, she could probably still destroy the place.

It's one thing to make whole groups of razorgirls - which I disapproved of, but figured fit under the whole cyberpunk turned grimdark theme that was going.

It's not even just a reference, using a similar name. I could forgive that, even if doing it three times over is wearing out its welcome. The federation would actually fit rather well in the 40k universe, with their level of technology matching or blending fairly well with the Tau/IG.
Troopers trained for close to mid-ranged firefights, all with armor-integrated plasma/pulse rifle arm cannons, advanced AI/tech level, safe fast travel between world's and systems, and a strong military mind.
Small fleet, maybe about the size of the Tau on a good day, but we haven't been exposed to the full size of the galactic federation just yet, just Samus.
Samus and the other hunters would be good inquisitors. Hell, a few of the other races in the series could even serve well in the setting as minor factions: Space Pirates, Kriken Empire, ancient chozo/amblic/etc., maybe even Enoema if they ever decide to expand on them.
