Mostly because it doesn't have any rabbit folk whatsoever.

Because it doesn't have rabbit folk. And if it did they would conform to all the stereotypes of the Irish in the 19th century and would be treated as such. Even orcs would be above them.
>>

It does.
They're also turboracist assholes.

Because anything related to rabbitfolk has the same "that guy" aura about them that kobolds and (to a safer extent) elves have. It's a shame too cause I kinda want to try making a world where all races are just different animal heads on human bodies with their own cliched cultures. This is my punishment for letting furfags into my tabletop group.
>>
>>46294738
It does have rabbitfolk. They're slightly below human intelligence, are incapable of feeling pain, and have very short life expectancy. A good chunk of that is a result of injuries from stabbings or gunshots that get infected due to going unnoticed, but even in ideal conditions they wont live far beyond 30. They're called lagomorphs in some areas and walker rabbits in others, but it's a misnomer, they're not related to rabbits at all, but their appearance and diet is very reminiscent of one.

An oddity about them is that they can only reproduce with their own breed. This results in emigration or celibacy being a controversial issue among them as it can result in specific breeds going extinct or becoming endangered.

I fucking wish my players would get that comfy. It took one player three games to remember his three-letter name. Holy shit end my life.

Dressing up anthropomorphic animals like posh nobles and treating them like humans doesn't serve any purpose in a setting besides stroking your gay furry boner.

agreed. My setting doesn't have dragonborn really. It's not that I feel repelled by them, I just don't see a need for them. Same for rabbitfolk, eladrin (elf 2.0) aasimir, catfolk, most folk, and the moon.

You're telling me, on a public image board dealing with a hobby where people are routinely called out for dressing up as elves, carries, wood sprites, walking trees, trolls, dragons, goblins and a nonillion other possible beings in order to go off into the woods to bash on each other with foam padded weapons and perform bad improvisational theater for their own entertainment;

Where people will argue for literally months on end over whether one fictional being from one fictional universe, if properly adjusted to fit within the rules of physics for a second fictional universe, would be able to overpower a second fictional being from a third fictional universe, and whether it is the second universe's set of physics-rules which are at fault for that failure;

Where we will spend hundreds, even thousands of dollars to purchase hundreds of tiny, unpainted figurines and the materials to in turn labor for weeks, months in meticulously detailing every little emblem and mark in painful exactness, only to turn around and scrap the entire set a few months to a year or so later when a new update comes out;

And finally, where we have actually taken the time to not only mathematically calculate how many spider-sized objects can fit into a female drow's vagina, but have done so not in the name of perversion but in sheer bloody-minded scientific curiosity;

With all this, you are honestly asserting the only possible reason a person could be so concerned over a piece of terminology is fetish-related?

Good god, anon, I wish I was that easily turned on that anthropomorphic animals did it for me.

other then variety (cause that's important but not enough reason for a race to have a major presence)
descendants of genetically engineered humans for various purposes
Halfings- small, friendly. less resources, less social strife
Dwarves- sturdy workhorses
Hobgoblins- Soldiers
Elves- humans changed by magic over many generations
Orcs- Angrier soldiers
Kobolds- I confess I just really like Kobolds

Now if a palyer wants to play a rabbitfolk or something, I'd probably say yes as long as it isn't op, but they won't be a major race.

I feel like that's a contradiction, though. They got their asses kicked and ran away.

Not many races, actually. There used to be a lot more, since every Fae who wanted a shot at power made his own species to act as minions, but most of them died out within a couple hundred years when their boss picked a fight with the wrong guy.

The bunnies were actually an experiment who got abandoned. One of the Fae was seeing about taking herbivore species and turning them into soldiers, with the idea being that not only would they be easier to feed, bloodthirsty instincts wouldn't be at risk of taking control. Fae, as a rule, can't actually create anything new; they aren't powerful enough. They had to work with what was already there, so you got a lot of animal people.

His conclusion with the bunnies was that they worked best without guidance. He left them with some basic military knowledge (since this particular Fae was trying to cultivate a reputation of not being a total dick) and buggered off to try and establish an underwater empire with carp.

Approximately 134 spiders (or spider-sized, spider-shaped objects) if we're using only the vagina, roughly 356 if we include the uterus as well, and around 8,300 for a fully inflated, pseudo-pregnant drow matron.

Again, all figures are only rough estimates, as the exact dimensions and volumes of the average drow matron vagina, uterus and womb in comparison to a human female's have not been canonically set out.

>Other beastfolk
Plenty. We have the standard array of cats, wolves, and foxes in addition to rabbits, penguins, lemurs, and crocodiles. There are also humans, shape-shifting gene-splicing hivemind blobs, and coalition of various alien species. The current setting is scattered across several solar systems where an uneasy peace has been stewing after a series of proxy wars that lasted nearly a century between the two largest superpowers. I've been developing the setting and mechanics recently.

I made this setting ages ago, back when I was in elementary school. Inspired by the antics of Zoo Tycoon (where penguins could beat down fully grown zebras in a fight due to a glitch) I created a setting with several of my friends with a series of animals creating civilizations on earth in remote areas. Over the years I refined it, made dozens of non-operational games, and finally built one that worked. In high school I made a working RPG hybridized of Mount&Blade, D&D, and several other random RPGs. Then I went to college, roomed with a furry, and now I'm in over my head. I hate so much of this stupid fandom, but every so often I find something that I like and it makes me feel sick.

Here's the fun things about furries, some of us start out innocent enough. Then eventually we find that the internet community that has similar interests. This leads to an internal crisis when we come to find the truth that nearly everyone online with an interest with anthropomorphics has a bit of a problem.

I like cartoonish, borderline silly beastfolk races. Probably because I grew up in the early 90s and half (or more) of the cartoons I watched featured these kind of characters. Ducktales, Ren & Stimpy, Tiny Toons, Samurai Pizza Cats, SatAM Sonic. Hell, I even read the Archie comics series for that one. The list could go on and on.

What I cannot stand the realistic animal heads on human bodies thing. Not to knock anyone else's taste, but that shit makes my stomach turn. I find it weird and out of place and I avoid it like the damned plague.

Look at that face: Where's the character? Where's the life? It looks like something a bored taxidermist would shit out and call art.

But hey, you're entitled to your opinion. Lets agree to disagree and you can take your soulless rabbit headed mannequin and have yourselves a ball. Oh and if crying furry makes you feel better about your garbage taste, I'm glad you've found something that helps.

Alternatively, Pookas from Odin Sphere.

With magic being so powerful in the setting, some butthurt magic user turning a powerful country into a bunch of scaredy rabbitfolk would be easy to shove in.

I tried working in a cliff dwelling rabbit species that were specialized jumpers during world creation but the GM hated it.

I learned the term from Final Fantasy.
In the original release that's what it was called.

It's called Mysidian Rabbit, now, but in my heart it will always be "god damnit I fucked up the slots again".

When you are an immortal, super-powered guy (or girl) that looks awesome when not looked at through a mirror you have little reason to be racist.
There may be some habitual racist resentments, but over the years they'll wane and die as you just plain lose interest in them.
It's not even that humans are below you. It's that psychologically speaking you have no need to blame others for your failure of a life when you're a success story.
That doesn't mean that racists are failures. It means that it's insecurity that makes people act on racism.

They used to be a proud, militaristic and industrious nation but isolationism and more then a century of peace had led to a massive lack of development and so when the invasion happened at the hands of the Four Courts, they were ill prepared to defend themselves and they found their warrior spirit broken.
Much of their culture is gone now. Nothing more then so many photos in books of exotic lands.
Now they are second class citizens at best in their own lands. Any uprising meets a swift and bloody end.
The once great temple of the Morning Sun, the centre of the rabbit religion, is now a memorial hall, tables piled mountainously high with the skulls of those beheaded. Their life scrimshawed across it, ending with their crime against the four crowns.

A few years ago though, a massive group of dissenters had gathered, raided a military fort that had many of the Royal Navy docked at and after more then a day of bitter fighting, they had stolen half the fleet and sunk those they could not steal.

Since then they raided several ports, focused on crippling the rest of the royal navy and collecting as many of their fellow rabbits as they could before setting off to claim a new land as their own.

Far to the south, where the weather has just started to drift from the tropics, they landed on a landmass missing from all the charts, maps and atlases.
Here they have started anew.
Unfortunately history has a sick sense of humour and now the Rabbits have began to displace the native populous.

Alice in Wonderland/Looking Glass setting where the Rabbits are inspired from the Chōjū-jinbutsu-giga scrolls and now our DM is throwing in The Rabbits by John Marsden and Shaun Tan.
It's actually been a rather fun campaign so far even with the heavy-handed 'Colonisation is Bad' message our DM keeps pushing.

I recognise the middle column, Twei and the pokemon.
Who are the rest?

Anyway, I'm going with Officer Judy Hopps of the ZPD.
Not only is she quite a competent police officer, she'll have access to further resources and my status as a Human in the Zootopia universe makes me a curio at the very least which means I'll be getting further protection from other sources.

Or otherwise it'll be Twei just because I'm quite certain she's the most powerful on the list by a massive order of magnitude simply because she's from Touhou.
And thus, the only real choice.

>Explain your Rabbitfolk further

It's a wuxia game where humanity descended from chinese zodiac (and a bunch of smaller, shittier animal spirits). So everyone looks mostly human with some animal features and bias towards a certain Kung Fu style.

Rabbitfolk are... weird. They don' t have especially strong kung-fu tradition, preferring to overwhelm their opponents with numbers (and boy, do they have numbers), nor they are particularly interested in Wulin, but you can be certain about one thing - if somewhere something is going down, there's always at least one suspicious pair of floppy ears behind that.

Courtier arts OP, nerf plz
