If you're using the dungeons and dragons version of it, it's fairly hard to abuse since the soul needs to raise willingly. But it doesn't say the soul knows what's going on otherwise. It doesn't know the caster, or where the caster is.
You could maybe hire yourself out so that people can be resurrected for malicious means. You raise pirates to torture information out of them and steal their treasure. You resurrect kings to kick off civil wars. You resurrect adventurers inside prisons so that their adventuring party can't do it first. You resurrect notorious political figures to face justice a second time. If you did this long enough and advertised it well enough you might develop a reputation such that people start refusing legitimate resurrections for fear of being resurrected by you. You render the spell useless and death becomes final.

I'd kidnap her and tie her up in my basement. I'd do literally everything terrible I can think of to make sure she dies in the worst, most humiliating ways possible. One day I light her on fire.
