The social, political and to an extent military structure are all very feudal with the Warrior King space marines at the top of the heap.

I think the homeworld should be airless-medieval so there are giant domes with typical medieval towns in and underground tunnels connecting them.

Let's not get too silly here. Besides, it doesn't really gel well with the rest of the Astartes. The chapter doesn't specialize in technology, so those horses are gonna be breaking down with nobody to repair it, and these guys are still primarily a 'ride in on Thunderhawks' chapter, not a cavalry charge chapter.
