It was developed by a now-defunct group known as the Returners. I had it printed because it's hard to lock down a .pdf on. I do know there is one available if you're willing to delve into your search.
The ZODIAC Final Fantasy RPG is not only easier to find, but, from the opinions I've gathered, players seem to prefer it due to its more malleable class system.

After reading it more thoroughly, I'm actually beginning to get excited by how interesting this looks. After looking for final fantasy inspired tabletop rpgs, the best I had found was ffd6, but this looks miles better. I can't believe this went undetected by me for so many years. Now if onyl I could find someone to play it with.
