Well, fair use laws are usually protected under free speech, Im not sure how england laws work but in the US, even a small time lawyer could hold his own in court for a modest fee and have a fairly decent chance to win. Again, small porn companies do it all the time with big titles and they hardly ever get a C&D because the big companies know its not worth the hassle. GW isn't wise and harldy knows better but I would still feel safe in saying anyone doing a porn parody of 40k could get it done without a big headache. Plus if/when GW loses, they are forced to cover your attorney bills as well as legal cost of the process since they initiated it and failed to prove a point.
