It's interesting to note how many TES deities are obviously Glorantha-inspired.
Shor and Auri-El as Orlanth and Yelm is an obvious one, though Lorkhan himself is more a mix of The Second Son and Eurmal.
Morihaus is a fierce and warlike Storm Bull just like Urox. Argrath is a famous human warlord who was actually several people at once pretending to be one, and enjoyed similar status among the Orlanthi as Talos did among the Nords (also bearing heavy Orlanthi influence).
Elmal and Umakt bear some obvious comparisons to Trinimac. Especially Elmal, as he's also a sungod.
The Lunars and the Marukhati also bear some interesting parallels.
There's a ton more I'm missing.

It is weird how between Daggerfall and Morrowind, we went on a full 180 about how Orcs are a civilized race you can actually play as and interact with.
What do you think was the cause for the shift? I doubt it was for a new angle - the Nords were perfectly fine barbarians in their own right, and Orcs struggle to maintain their culture because they can't hold their own kingdom.

I should think calling ANY race strictly Anuic or Padomaic is a stretch, as mortality inherently brings with it the capacity to not be a universal stereotype. Some races have strong ties due to their cultural or religious leanings, like the Altmer's veneration of the Elhnofey leading to an Anuic worldview or the Khajiiti sharing a strange connection with Azura and Lorkhan, but within specific races you can still get exceptions naturally.
In the Dunmer's case... They got changed by one Daedra, worship a triumvirate of other Daedra and Vivec's writings go into a fair amount of detail about the Endeavour. Culturally, it's hard to deny at least some Padomaic bias there. That's not headcanon, that's simple observation.

Since it's an Old Ehlnofex word and apparently being used as such, there being others, it (and those others) should be capitalized, whereas stuff like Chim-el Adabal is (for lack of a better word because dinner out foodcoma) 'appropriated' for its meaning, and so not capped. The metaphysical version is capped because it is in the original Old Ehlnofex form, and those words are just all caps all the time.

It's not that no one else can survive in there, it's that most people don't want to. There's no real draw for settlement there because it's such harsh terrain (unless you're a Redguard, then you love a land that you have to conquer).
