I would love to use it in bant COCO, since 50% of the deck is played instant speed, but the 4-power restriction on the main side may be to big of a restriction. Sylvan advocate and a +1/+1 counter with dromoka's command may be the only way to activate it. (and an unmorphed deathmist, but no, never happening).

The discard ability is inspired by similar abilities on cards like wild mongrel and lotleth troll. Delirium lets you use the Tasigur ability on your upkeep. There's inherent tension because the opponent can give you cards of the right type to turn off delirium, but you can pitch stuff (potentially the very cards they give you) to the first ability to turn it back on. The cost and p/t are adjustable.

Unfortunately, I think this card might be more G/B than monogreen.

I'd go with either indestructible or hexproof then. Probably hexproof, since half the removal currently in standard outright ignores indestructible through exile.

Part of me thinks it'd be a bit more effective with the cost taken up to XGG and the bonus from clues being made into +2/+2. But this isn't /ccg/, I'll take this there instead.
