I use Pixlr, Gimp and word for my cyoa, I advise laying down the foundation of a cyoa in text and then collecting art from any number of the sources in the paste-bin.

If you're going to use paint then make sure to keep all of your text in text files, don't just write it into the image because you can't edit it afterwards.
My tip is to get a better program, even though I have successfully used MSpaint in the past (for example, pic related).
Use basic design principles like text should always stand out from the background, don't make the background an annoying saturated color, etc. CYOAs are seen as best if they are about 1200-1600px wide and arbitrarily tall (okay, 10000px is actually the limit, after that you need two images).
Keep in mind that if you are going for a realistic setting that your CYOA may not be as popular as some of the others, unless you are above-average at enticing curiosity and writing fluff to get the anons hooked. Most of these faggots just want superpowers and either get a girlfriend or to be turned into a girl, they tend to ignore CYOAs that don't have that in them.

A gun-user assassin, with a lightning, energy (enchantment, skull weaponry) gun that has a rapid fire mode (flurry) and a sniper mode (charge up). Due to the lightning enchantment any discharge flies extremely fast and has a chance of stunning my targets.
I am really weak in melee range or against ambushes though, but have superiour agility. I can die really easy, so if any attack gets through I have lightning enchantment on my armour (for pesky fighters), wings (for fighting, blocking or flying) and in worst case scenario: intangible.
My skill stat helps with cooldowns and how often my gun can shoot.

Explanation: Conquer is inherently a very good aspect to have, it is easy to use and usable in everyday life. Lock has synergy with Stop and also somewhat counters the threat of Uriel. Uriel will pursue me tirelessly but I am also tireless with the added bonus of being able to walk slightly faster than Uriel and drive a car. Stop makes Soul Service child's play, I'd likely just freeze time and stab every person in a given region in the heart, this would likely satisfy the criteria and it takes literally no time. Altered Earth is an interesting curse but it does not directly target me, since my aspects are mostly subtle (killing a province is untraceable) it would be very difficult for people without knowledge of the aspects to track me down. So long as I kept my use of conquer to a minimum, I think this build is optimal for comfortable living/sacrificing of several towns.

I age at a normal rate for my current form, so I basically have immortality since I can assume younger forms. Combine this with max Stop and I can basically do whatever I want.
The shift curse forces things such that I can't take my normal form no matter what I try, which is fine when the guy trying to kill me has the picture of that form, so there's basically no way for him to find me every.
If the guys behind altered earth want me they won't be able to find me so long as I'm careful with my shifting. Failing that, I can use my stop to get out of any trouble and shift into something else.

Bradium Kinismus - This is one of the strongest powers listed, with a few minutes of preparation you can create mobile devices which kinetically attack anything you choose. i. e. beating a rock repeatedly into the ground (the same direction) lightly hold the rock and face it away from you, then release and you have a high-speed projectile. Beat objects with a rod or stick, they will increase the force exerted and reduce risk of your own injury.
Shitoko Kinismus- The most concerning power to me which I do not have is Umbrans Metryny. The phantom limbs will make it easier to attack the familiars without risk of biting. This is also the most advantageous power for basic combat (the scenario did not mention weapons so I assume I will be beating everyone to death).
This is not a very balanced CYOA, many powers are downright useless and require much too much calculation to use effectively. Aside from my choices, I am convinced that only Axior Thryosis, Umbrans Metryny, and Perens Miography have any significant use. Feel free to respond with counterarguments because I may have missed something.

Plan is to more or less just totally run and hide. Only stay in one place for as short a time as possible, change car at least every week or so by buying/stealing a new one. More or less just live in cars for a year if I can. Try to be 5+ hours away from any Hunters at any time. With the Hunters I've picked I feel like it would be pretty hard for them to find me actually.
I was going to pick Pilgrimage, but the fact that The Hunters know where it is means they could just wait there for me. So I figure Sabbath would be a day I would almost totally spend on the move.
My only gripe with this is that I have 1 point left and there are no 1 point purchases. I could have gotten rid of sight or something but then all I could buy is a different starting place, which feels like a massive waste.
But I feel... cautiously optimistic? Assuming they don't have some kind of magical find me McGuffin I could just lay low. Gonna read the mystery box and that thread though so... I guess I'll see.

Perceiving one's eyes and changing the color would be good in theory, however you cannot see the inside of the eye and the pupil is technically transparent. Changing the color of the eye-flesh aside from this has no effects on the material.
Hydrata has like, no force. If by shoving water down people's throats you mean splashing it against them or painstakingly lifting it (since diagonal movement is nerfed by the flat force limit) over their head so you can adequately force it downwards (still with less control than would be needed to drown someone).
The barnt effect is still very weak, the radar effect would be nice but it does say you can apply this effect to only items in your line of sight, it's not omnidirectional and suffers because of it, you could make it omnidirectional by rotating to affect a circular zone and hopefully detect displacement but that is a huge hassle for underwhelming and immobile benefit.
Sound omniscience is definite direct upgrade, but the ability to perceive is not the same as the ability to interpret. Surely there is more practice involved to effectively perfect your sonar and odds are the detection of enemies will not spare you from them especially when there are much more combat suitable powers. Redirecting all ambient sound to someone's eardrum would be an effective stun, depending on what is making noise in the immediate vicinity, I would not bet on environmental factors but it's an interesting thought.

Google says that putting 19 N over 1 mm^2 gives 19 MPa, which is about the tensile strength of human skin.
If you give the water a slightly sharper 'point' (or just use existing cuts; you are in a forest, after all), you could force water into or blood out of their body at a pretty strong rate, seriously screwing them up one way or another.
Really, just use small surface areas, and you should be fine.

This is impractical, the enemy can move away from the water even after piercing and humans move faster than the hydrokinesis really permits (to move sideways you have to spend half your force eliminating gravity).

The hydrata description does not specify activation time, you can rapidly apply your ~9.2N over and over to a sphere of water you are levitating then shoot it outwards, the charge time is faster than using a physical object because you aren't hitting it and there's no exhaustion associated with this. Apparently infinite kinetic energy would let you walk around with essentially an instantaneous, free hydro cannon. Multiple even if you can keep track of it.
