Alright, let's go with that.You are the Matriarch of the desert Dryads, a group that was expelled from the eastern forest by the humans that now live there. Some generations have passed, and your group is somewhat prospering.

You are the Breeder, Matriarch of the Desert Dryads. You have helped them go through many adverse situatons, but now things have been worse than usual. Despite being able to live on the desert, the tiny oasis that you inhabit has become crowded, and there are not many options. To the East there is the forest, the place from wich you've been expelled. To the North there is a small outpost for human travellers, to the South there are distant mountains who house the Dwarves, and to the West there is nothing but desert. What shall you do?

The Elders try their best, but what they have accomplished is still not enough. We now have expanded the oasis a little bit to the south. You'll be able to house more Dryads, but soon this issue will come up again. The Elders have also told you that a sandstorm is coming, and it should hit in a few hours. Small insects and small desert animals are coming to your oasis for protection, and the Elders have to stay protected during the storm, since they are too fragile.
What preparations will you take?

You and the other Dryads have successfully managed to protect the water before the sandstorm arrived. All the dryads stayed protected during the storm, and so did the animals, however, some of the weaker plants in the borders of the oasis didn't resist.
After the sandstorm passed, you and the others notice something: A human, crawiling towards the water. No one knew of the oasis outside of the Dryads, he must have wandered into here during the storm. You and the others stay inside the cacti and watch him try drink the water, but since he is too weak he can't and collapses to the side.
What do you do?
