Well, first you really should think about your playing style. If you favor a lot of aggression and mobility, you'd probably want to go for boars. Razorbacks if you're feeling REALLY crazy, but I hear their ability in melee is actually overhyped compared to boars because it's too easy to break their squads.
A lot of people consider the pigs to be too organized for the setting, but their crunch is pretty solid, probably the most OP faction right now. If you want tables to be flipped and mouth frothing from blubberpiles, go with pigs, and especially invest in bacon-related wargear to trigger hipsters.
Just don't be another fucking warthog player, we have enough of those stupid shits thanks to PW's mega-shilling in the lore.

At the end of the day, warhammer said just a board game that's more complex and mysterious than other games, and I like that.
