Last time we secured major victories in the war against the kafi-pajit-hibibi alliance, after which we struck peace with them to our great benefit, taking territories and reperations as well as securing the pajit throne for Bahmamu, the general we brought on our side. The democratic government was restored and we are now once again at peace, rebuilding our nation.

We've worked on improving our infrastructure, connecting the further reaches of our republic to our great highway network and improving river traffic greatly. This has allowed us to settle some farmers on former pajit lands - those settlements could use new names, same for those in the kafi lands - give some suggestions.

The Admiralty has tasked captain Junus to lead seven ships west to Shale and from there to Beaver Dam, our furthest colony. After that, they will continue sailing west, where we know there is land to be found.

A storm hits and one of the older ships is lost. Eventually we manage to reach Beaver Dam with six ships, 100 sailors, 50 archers and 50 Stormborn.
The colony has a population of 1 600 - hunters,, farmers, fishers mostly.
Not far to the west of the island lies unexplored land - we do not know if it is an island or a larger landmass.

We've set up a small camp in a good position - a bay. Our ships went north and south a bit and we have a rough idea of the coastline in the area.
The climate is the same as Beaver Dam, temperate, but a bit on the chilly side. There's plenty of forests, fish and game in the area, including beavers.
We have 200 men and a good amount of supplies(Beaver Dam is close by)

To the southwest we see a range of hills, which eventually give way to something between a hill and a mountain. This tiny mountain is the source of a river that runs east, towards the ocean - we have a source of fresh water some distance from the camp now.

We find a cave in this small mountain which into a vast underground complex. Shortly after entering we discover this to be an underground full of riches - gold, gems, silver and platinum! A great discovery indeed!

The promise of riches has attracted many settlers and our new colony has grown rapidly. Mining operations have begun, a new village has sprung up by the river and the camp we fortified previously is now our fortified storage and docks facility. Beaver Dam has also attracted new settlers.

We've explored the island on land and by sea. Much is covered by forests, the northern coast lies barren beyond a range of hills, the tiny mountain range continues on for some distance.
The island is a bit larger than Volcania overall. Some of the sailors believe there are more lands to the south-southwest.
The island is uninhabited, save for our own colony. More settlers are drawn to it, as the population surpasses Beaver Dam's.

Our emissaries were all slaughtered. Well, this leaves one way out of this.
Babaduad-Xinian boasts a population of 100 000, in addition to an unknown number of mercenaries- given that they expect conflict, possibly up to 15 000 from all over.
The city is protected by mighty walls and towers. The defenders have cannons and arquebus guns in addition to all sorts of older weapons and armor.

Well. Considering how they're able to tear it down so quickly and within a night even without being totally detected, and with the many passage ways, I was inferring as the Great Architect, to build such spires high in the lapis sky's upwards to spot people on the mainland coming to our beautiful lush territories, an to be torn down easily with units inside incase any enemy armies to strong to hold out from invade.

I don't know comrade. But, I've been in these games so long that everyone we've so far encountered slaughtered themselves. The rivers colors run red with the fallen millions of people, the weak, women and children line the chains of our slavery work to keep expanding. Samefagging is a problem. When we defeated the Kafi and could've killed them all there were almost a dozen votes to vassalize and spare them even though there are only that many total votes with must other issues.

Naturally, the entrances to the spire - all one(that we can find) of them are locked tight. We break in the old fashioned way.
Most of the lower floors of the spire seem to be dedicated to record-keeping and storage, as though this were a warehouse or townhall. No books or writing can be found though and we soon see the reason - a crazed hibibi man is burning documents in a bonfire. He is hunched over and muttering gibberish. We are not able to save any of the documents, but we apprehended him. He didn't put up any resistance.
"The Masters, they are angry! It was not suposed to go like this! They killed the others, but they left me alive to...clean up. Yes, it is the will of the Masters. Your people - you are kafir! You have done such unspeakable evil! This has not gone unnoticed and by the Allmighty's name I swear you shall pay for this - what you've done is but a setback. You shall know the true power of the-" the man begins to choke as he was about to say the next word. We didn't manage to save him, but we've gained some cryptic information on the Organisation, at least.
The upper floors must have been quarters and what appear to be alchemical workshops. The equipment was mostly destroyed.
Our architects will be studying the construction of the spire and its interior - we shall try to learn as much as possible.
