I ask these things because while I myself do not play the card game(any more, and I was a garbage level player barely passable with a cheap token-spam deck), I do happen to have a shoebox sized container of the cards from various sets that I've acquired secondhand over the years and would like to see if using them for this might be interesting.

But against someone like Gideon, despite the physical disadvantage, he could a least subdue him. However, even with an advantage, he can be out tricked, as we saw in his fight with Chandra.

No new walkers from Innistrad, is the answer. They're supposed to be rare, and we already have three natives. Same number as we have from Ravnica, Zendikar, and Tarkir. Dominaria has three post-mending as well, if you count Karn.Bolas technically isn't native to Dominaria, but I wouldn't be surprised to see that retconned. If so, that would push Dominaria to four--or three, if you don't count Karn. Xantcha wasn't native to Dominaria, so it's a bit of a toss-up.
Alara, Theros, and Fiora each have two currently-active native walkers. Mirrodin and Kamigawa each have one.

Chandra just showed up there, Jace isn't strong enough. Kiora is a merfolk, most of them are pretty bare when it comes to gear. Same with the elves.
Gideon was at least in full armor.

Chandra showed up near the end and threw some fire around, and thus didn't have time to change, plus she wears medium armor and goodstuff anyway
Nissa is an elf with power over her huge tracts of land and Zendikar's leylines and thus she was actually overdressed for the situation
Jace was wearing everything he needs to study in a library or whatever
Gideon was wearing heavy armor for some reason, even though he could fight naked like aGreekand be just as invulnerable.

Angels are pure white mana that superficially resemble human women with wings, so they definitely don't.
Angels probably about as anatomically correct as dolls, now that I think about it. Right shape, but the specifics aren't there because they aren't necessary.

Everything was actually wrapped up pretty nicely on Alara. They went a little overboard with the multicolour in some parts though and some 3 coloured cards didn't really feel 3 coloured. Tarkir managed it okay by limiting it to one set rather than a whole block.
