Well, buying a box of OGW is a decent investment right now. You're essentially guaranteed an expedition, which'll sell for 50+ dollars. Then there's money cards like Thought-Knot Seer... and a lot of rares that can still sell for two or three bucks, like Matter Reshaper or Eldrazi Mimic. You can get your money back on it fairly easily.

It'd go Bolt1 on T1. Bolt2 on T4 making one quest counter, Bolt3 on T4 two quest counters and you get the Harness trigger, meaning you could pay R for two more Bolts. If you didn't draw the last Bolt you could pay the copy trigger off Bolt2 giving you an extra bolt.
So 6 Bolts by turn four in magical Christmas land. 9 in a nearly perfect world. More if you can use something like three Gitaxian Probes to get counters early.
