Its ok. Not great, not terrible, just good enough.
The +2 ability is great for madness and adds quite a few counters besides filtering, the -2 is handy removal that hits quite a few things. The Ultimate is a bit of a letdown though, but putting something like Emrakul or Ulamog on the field is still great, specially if you blink it before its removed.
overall I'd say its a solid 7/10. Though I'd have preferred her to be built for Equipment decks, like a big, monstruously broken Stoneforge Mystic.

Several ways to protect herself right out of the gate through both tokens and granting vigilance, a mini-overrun to win the game, a lightning bolt (Ask Ugin if that ability is relevant) and a game-winning emblem.
There isn't a single bad thing about her except possibly the fact that you need to plus her 3 times and then also 0 her to get the emblem, but 4 activations for that emblem isn't unreasonable at all.
