Sure. What could possibly go wrong? But she should hurry up, I promised my sister I'd be back home in time to celebrate her husband's retirement. Also she can borrow my lucky charm I got from my father, as a newbie she's gonna need it more than I.

"Well I'm gonna need to see how handy y'are with that hammer and spells. But in general; yeah sure....what's that look for eyeballs? Adventurers come in all kinds of weird shapes and sizes. There's a half-giant pacifist priest or something in one of the Southern Kingdoms f'r instance. Listen; it ain't about the adventurer on the outside that counts. It's the adventurer on the inside that counts.
...well that and being physically able to kill shit."

Actually could be interesting if a DM arranged it without the players knowing. Character sheets all say their disguised race and they all think they're alone in keeping the secret with the DM.

I think a fourth would be good.

This is kind of off topic, but your post reminded me of a setting I once played where all of the paladins in the entire 'lawful good holy religious faction' wore super heavy armor which they never took off, and they never spoke once. They were revealed to be warforged in disguise that fed off of human worship in order to grow in strength and planned to eventually take over the land, and thus our BBEG was revealed. The GM and our party's paladin played along with each other and the pally was a 'malfunctioning' warforged paladin who believed he was a human and decided to join the party, although his race was listed as 'human' until the big reveal.

need to have at least one normal guy that realizes that all of the party members are monsters but doesn't say anything for fear they'll kill him so he won't reveal their secrets.
>>
This is so much my God damned last Pathfinder group. I played a human fighter who was only ever concerned about making gold to make ends meet. Our party was a kobold, kitsune, wereboar, air elemental and then my human. The second everyones disguises failed and he realized that everyone was polymorphed or disguised or using some bullshit illusions he was absolutely furious. Then he realized that everything suddenly made sense because he was constantly being used to stand behind by the rest of the party, they kept handing him money to buy things on their part when they could've just walked a few feet from some random corner they were hiding in.

Then the party found out that he was actually a human and couldn't believe it. The rest of the game was the party trying to guess what his disguise or real form was. They brought up so many secrets and things he wanted to stay buried in his past in the process... The wereboar still doesn't believe it.

Well, the helmet would probably be the catalyst for the resizing, so with just the helmet, it would look like a human-sized dragon with a helmet on. With all the armor, polymorphic enchantments included, it would probably look like a regular knight, with some off-looking features that could give away the illusion.

Why does every thread about monsters doing anything but fighting people wind up turning into a lizard-fucker thread? Can you people not keep your fucking kinks contained until an appropriate thread shows up?

That we're an evil party, and that she only tries to use her tricks on our enemies, or her contract with us gets revoked. Lawful evil best evil.

the same reason threads about anything turn into complaining about too much of that thing.
People like different things on 4chan. You'd think you would have gotten it by now.

>Succubus won't, though.
IIRC Grace is dead loyal unless you act like an evil dickhead. Then she's the first to skip out on you.
Which makes sense; she's not bound to you in the same way as Dak'kon or Morte are, and she's probably the closest to good aligned of all the companions (Morte being CG is a joke) based on her arguments with Vhailor.

Imagine a being that is member of a subset of creatures that should not exist.

Now imagine if that creature's entire species believes that not only does their shit never stink, that all others must be enslaved and forced to smell their shit to show how much better than them they are.

Then they work the slaves to death for a pipe dream to smell the shit again.

That's not the case.

People tend to only complain about awful shit that gets spammed by people without any sense of self-awareness, like yourself.

It's not arbitrary, nor is it universal. Trying to say "Oh, people complain about everything" doesn't somehow make their complaints against you superficial, you self-deluding retard.

This doesn't necessarily solve the issue.
A succubus like Fall-From-Grace or a Balor Paladin would ping all 4 alignments.

No, Succubi tend to be far more amicable and duplicitous than other demons, who are more straightforward in how they go about destroying things.

And I don't even bother having the Succubus transform into anything but a Succubus. I have them be open about being a demon. Players still take the bait.

They never do anything but kill Hezrou, and Balors, and other demons on sight.

>super-racists
This. If she isn't yelling about her superiority and didn't try to kill us on sight then she is probably worth giving a chance to.

We're playing 2e. This is a fucking beholder. Of course we let her join the party, it'll be smooth sailing from then on.

Our rogue was kissed by a Vargouille once. As soon as we found a telekinesis ring and a way to attach it to one of his tentacles, he was actually better at his job than before the transformation.
It helped that the player knew how to play neutral evil without going murderhobo or saturday cartoon villain.
It strained his relationship with his girlfriend ranger, though. But the "I think we should see other people, or other monsters in your case" talk was hilarious.
