The Elves have problems with getting along with the elves in their own factions.

Circle and Wood Elves would probably get along like two pees in a pod.

Surprisingly, the Trollblood would NOT get allong well with either the Ogres, or the Greenskins.
Trollblood have a tendency to skip a few meals while on the march (needing lots of food for their warbeasts), and I don't see how Ogres could ever stomach that, no pun intended.
As for why they wouldn't get along with Greenskins, no one gets along with Greenskins.

Depending on how diplomacy goes, Bretonia and Menoth would either be best buds or worst enemies. Probably the latter

Skaven might make friends with either Legion or Cryx, but because of the strained relationship between these two factions, Skaven would likely not be friends with both

Fucking Skorne and Dark Elves would be so perfect together. Skorne would teach asceticism and proper beast-mastery to the Dark Elves, and the Dark Elves would teach naval warfare and stealth to the Skorne. I see no way this relationship could go badly.

Finally, I think its safe to say that nobody would get along with Khador.

Tomb kings may hire warmahordes dwarfs to help them get their shit back
Cyriss and lizards may compare notes
Some of the northerners get legion'd. Literally no one notices. Everyone continues to hate chaos and orks

The absolute best you can hope for is two neutral factions like Lizards and Trollbloods ignoring each other. Other than that, everyone hates everyone else.

Face it their guns, cannons, and general knowledge of engineering make that of the Empire's look like a bad joke. They also have poison gas that is only a little less effective then Skaven warp stone gas. Their skill at making magic items is very comparable to that of dwarves.
